Received · 413Given · 443“I need to see the dapps”Founder previously started https://www.mirrorworld.fun/ that became the technical party for the development of Sonic SVM They were the first to market building a SVM & beat the competition in that regards (Solayer, Soon, Carv, Eclipse) theis same feedback for all of the above, whether you're building an SVM or an EVM network - the justification to rush your own network (and token) should only be once you have flagship applications - otherwise it just feels like a terrible investment for your holders while you build these rails that create utility for your token.

As a leader it's hard to come across someone like Payton: Being driven often puts you in a situation where you pantomime listen only to speak your piece - Payton is not afflicted by this flaw & he truly listens & builds on the conversation meaningfully. He's also very hands on & walks the talk, picking up onchain sleuthing or figuring out content creation or UA strategies. If you ever feel lost, he's also extremely kind & will do his best to give you input in a non-patronising way. Payton is him.

He could be owning a token, or an NFT, and brutally fud his own bags if the team does something he disagrees with. It's really not a surprise he's accumulated a strong following . I reckon its worth following cerebro, he's already doing well staying relevant despite various cycles so seeing him ship & build in public will be a sight to see.

He took over the leadership of zooverse & has never stopped churning out value for his community. Its also nice to see he's not closed off to a particular ecosystem but will often make efforts with connecting with other networks outside of his comfort zone on behalf of Zooverse.

Seeing her recently call out previous projects she was an advocate for before the entire TL makes me bullish on her integrity & i'm sure she'll always appeal to a portion of X.

On occasions I'll request for an introduction to one of their portcos to which they are usually quite responsive in providing that support. This might sound like a small gesture but its because its a small ask that's often neglected by many investors, it creates a better impression overall

Lagrange is one of the only companies in web3 to receive backing from Founder's Fund (same fund who mainly invests in web2 e.g. SpaceX) so that caught my attention earlier on. They were initially supposed to be an AVS on Eigenlayer with their zkcoprocessor & zkmapreduce which I thought was a pretty cool concept. What I respect about the team: > they're agile. They quickly realised as an infrastructure company they had to adapt to appeal to a broader audience & are one of the rare few companies who landed a partnership with Azuki at the time to gauge historical loyalty with the NFTs. The other company to do so is also highly esteemed (Flashbots). They also adapted to trends with the insurgence of AI & have done interesting work on the zk/Ai front. It's still a very technical product but I have faith they will do well over the LT.
