Received · 413Given · 443“The recent community vote is a sham”They recently created alot of noise around a community vote where they rallied users to use their BNB to vote for various projects to either list them or delist them. I thought this was something fairly innovative because we've all seen how Binance listings don't work anymore & aren't worth the ROI for projects, as they commit too much of their treasury that just eventually contributes to an overhead of selling pressure. It was a smart move to rally their users, and it would've encouraged more buying activity of BNB to participate. Despite some projects topping the charts according to their own metrics, to no one's surprise they ended up selecting their own favoured projects making a mockery of this meritocratic system they advertised.

For one, I know Yi Jia personally over the last 3 years & I see how attentive he is to community feedback. He is actively in the trenches & organising small gatherings consistently. While the current game loop is not for me (I also don't enjoy Catan over the internet but IRL), I'm confident he will implement changes to make it more user friendly.

He’s made a bet on AVAX & is actively making content with top projects in that ecosystem (MSU, OTG) & thought leaders (ghost etc) I also enjoy the occasional posts about his bullish thesis on AVAX (e.g. ETF filing etc) This is different than just posting about gameplay but invites a deeper layer of reflection.

For context, Clique supported Babylon's airdrop by building a solution for the team. The Babylon team had $BABY they provided to various recipients, BOB being one of them. Unlike other projects however, BOB wanted the claims of $BABY to be on their network. BOB is an EVM L2 while Babylon is a Cosmos L1. Enter Union!! The team coordinated with us & answered any questions we had, and overall played their part to perfection when it came to coordinating reception of those $BABY ERC-20 tokens in our distributor contract to ensure a seamless UX.

MLO goes above & beyond as an Ethos evangelist, posting recaps as well as doing podcast interviews - which ultimately contribute to a network effect that grows our figurative pie.

Had the pleasure this time to meet him during Token Dubai & the words to come to mind are "gentle" & "warm". While I've never worked with him on a professional capacity yet, I can infer he brings the same quality of engagement in work settings he's in.

They since expanded beyond the Orb, with their chain & other product suites for proof of humanity. I'm leaving this positive review as there are some highly respected figures - such as DC builder - building there. He's not purely monetarily driven & you can see from how he posts about his angel investments that he doesn't change hype & narrative instead choosing to focus on what can drive the space forward. Him working at Worldcoin throughout makes me have a stronger conviction in the project.

I decided to leave a positive vouch because it seems the diversity of content Laura shares on socials is different than what I'm usually seeing & ties closely with macro-events (my current feed is mostly restricted to project updates, current narratives)

It's different from other investors that just look at charts, CPI , payroll numbers & just create one dimensional content.

I can only speak from a personal POV but every interaction I had with him was pleasant.
