Received · 413Given · 443“Charismatic BD - even better person”I first spoke to TEN in Q3 2024 & we immediately kicked it off despite there not having a direct angle to work on together. Little story that I feel speak of Bhav's character - I found out he was from the UK & I told him I missed this fast food pastry (gregg's iykyk) - you can only imagine my surprise when we meet IRL during Token2049 & he's flown a few of them for me. This kind of attention to detail is the type of trait that will get you a long way. Now I can't comment too much, but what I'm certain of is that TEN pops off - this will be massively part to Bhav & his ability to connect & rally builders.

I saw no malice, a public display of humility & I sense some authenticity despite having never spoken to him. Will show support unless I see otherwise!

Thinking he oversees community strategy only is a vast understatement & he does whatever he can whenever he is able to, to help builders: this goes beyond simply making introductions, but actually providing product insights. To put it bluntly, I have nothing but respect after working with him & he's grown to be a trusted friend - few in his positions are so versatile (video content on X, operations, community). The GOAT always going above & beyond.

We started chatting months before & you can bet I used every opportunity to learn more about infinigods - Bry happily provided details & I was particularly surprised with their PWA marketplace (still think its highly innovative today) Bry is an astute, grounded & genuine person - I'm not saying this in a fake way - it was very easy to talk shop but also yap about other personal things. He's also not going to waste your time - I remember trying to work with Infinigods on building their airdrop & he just candidly told me they had it sorted internally already - which I appreciated (as opposed to letting me spam follow up) Good Guy Bry!

It's a short review but since everyone on the TL has been speaking about it as the missing bridge to unlock use cases that previously couldn't be done, I felt they deserve to have this on their Ethos profile.

Nick is also a great example of founder led marketing that remains active on socials evangelising his brand & cementing Celestia's place within DAs.

The drop was received positively & trajectory has only been up since (Congrats again Plume) This all began because Jason gave us the time of the day. Jason's real superpower comes from his deep understanding of the landscape, tradfi & tech - I've never seen hubris from him despite all their success & attention - & I'm speaking to more great personalities he's onboarded & managed.
