“Community Inspiration”I’ve been following Keone since I joined the Monad project about a year ago, and it’s been nothing short of inspiring. Over this time, I’ve closely observed his approach, and I genuinely believe he’s one of the best co founders out there. Despite the massive workload on his shoulders, he still makes the community his top priority. A great example of this was in January 2024, when Keone posted a list of 1,000 active community members on Twitter, writing a heartfelt note for each one something I’ve never seen in any other project, and I know it must have taken a huge amount of time and effort. His role in shaping Monad’s direction reflects a rare blend of deep technical expertise and a genuine connection with the people who believe in the project. I’m truly happy to be part of a project like this and to be alongside people who care so deeply about the community.

Community) Optimistic Parallel Execution → Run transactions concurrently. Only re-exec if needed. MonadBFT + RaptorCast → Pipelined HotStuff consensus + fast block propagation. MonadDB → Custom hybrid storage. SSD-friendly. Light on hardware, heavy on speed.

“Gmonad”i was amazed on how monad built an incredible community and also how they were able to scale their product across every nook and cranny of CT. even before the yapping meta. so when i did a research about monad and saw keone spearheading the monad community i knew he is a proper founder and i adore him alot. one of the calmest, peaceful but yet dogged founders out there

I had the chance to meet him irl and he is genuinely amazing. He deeply cares about what he is building, never stops shipping, and consistently pushes his project forward. He believes in his goals, has a clear north star, and follows a disciplined plan. He is also always positive and brings a contagious energy. People around him feel it. He is the kind of founder worth paying attention to because he is building something meaningful in the space. A rare gem. I honestly think we need more founders like this.

Honestly, I think a lot of people started running campaigns just because they wanted to be like Monad. Imagine a community built purely out of genuine support — showing up every day, no incentives, no gimmicks. You couldn’t scroll X for a day without seeing something from gmonad. It became part of the rhythm. What’s wild is, it wasn’t just hype. The community had women, creatives, devs — all building, all contributing — just because they believed in it. No airdrop promises. Zero noise. Yup — till now, Monad hasn’t even said whether there’ll be an airdrop or not. Bro… Founders should seriously take notes. You don’t need to pay KOLs. You don’t need to dangle an airdrop. Build a real, honest community — and watch it turn into your strongest marketing engine. From the inside out. That kind of movement? Way more powerful than dropping millions on ads.
