“when “community first” became just a slogan”for a project built on the words “community first” what happened feels like betrayal. months of testing creating content and promoting monad with genuine belief all dismissed in silence. the people who gave your network life were left out while random names filled the rewards list. it wasn’t just the airdrop it was the message behind it that loyalty and real contribution don’t matter. you turned the trust of real users into marketing noise. leadership isn’t proven by hype or funding it’s proven by how you treat those who stood beside you when no one else did.

“An ambiguous project”What I want to say. I've been involved since the beginning of the mainet. I studied applications daily, made transactions, and was generally active. When I saw that I was not included in the list during the wallet check, I decided that I had not contributed much to the project. It didn't upset me much. But when I started to study the information about whose wallets were passed, I was very surprised. People who did not participate in the project for a single day passed the criteria. This made me very sad. It turns out that the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer...

“trust doesn’t grow back”honestly after how monad handled their airdrop i just can’t see the project the same way anymore. people spent months testing, building feedback, staying loyal — and somehow that meant nothing. the rewards went to random wallets while real contributors got ignored. it wasn’t just about missing tokens, it was about feeling invisible. you can rebuild a product, but once the trust is gone, it’s gone.

“One to watch”Keone’s is one founder that has really stood out to me. He is not just smart but he is also willing to experiment which I think will take monad far. He spear headed new approaches to curating an ecosystems community and while some may not like this approach , I think it was bold and refreshing. I think he’s got a real chance to make exciting things happen in the space, and I am pumped to see what comes next. I’d say he's one to watch, especially if you like your blockchain fast.

“Legend”It doesn't take more than a couple of days following Keone to realise he's a founder that actually cares about his community. I'd say there's a strong founder market fit with his background in HFT & what he's trying to achieve with Monad - but honestly tech aside what's more impressive is his dedication to his community. it's safe to assume you only really see 5% of what he pushes on socials (or less), so when you take those guesstimate figures into consideration you'll realise to what extent Keone is a superhuman that supercharges not only his community, but his team & builders. I also hear from my personal network he's chronically available, taking calls over the week end to guide teams building on Monad.
