“Adequate hype without toxicity”Keone Hon, one of the founders and essentially the head of product and operations at the Monad project that I was involved in. I can say that he is a very smart and technically deep guy for me. He has a background from Jane Street. He really understands how to optimize transaction execution at the processor, memory, and disk level. When he explains parallel execution and superscalar pipelining in blockchain, it's not just marketing; it's a level that few people in crypto can achieve.
