But this is the time when real people were sitting in support, not AI bots like now, and instead of freezing my account, where the fact of my hacking and attack had already been confirmed in the support itself, they continued to ignore me with a request to freeze my account and then sort it out. And then they wrote to me, I'm sorry, but your funds have already been withdrawn, there's nothing we can do, it was the most terrible binance support of that time and my battle with hackers for 48 hours. I traded on it a lot after that incident, but I can't erase that day and the complete inaction of the exchange at the time of my hacking from my memory. This was the first serious loss of the entire cryptocurrency for me and the experience of attack and hacking.
