“Trusted and regulated CEX, but...”Kraken is one of the oldest Crypto Exchanges with really big trust in EU. Your money is definitely safe there, but... I interacted with Kraken recently because of YieldBasis tokensale and it was awful. Bad organisation, full of lags, bugs and so on. Sale was soldout by bots only in a second. No chance for a real human being. Around this moment deposits and withdrawals were for hours instead of minutes. Very mixed feelings.

“Kraken is where crypto feels safe”been around exchanges that freeze up or feel like casinos but Kraken feels different steady honest and built for people who actually care about their money trading is smooth staking rewards hit on time support actually answers and security never makes you doubt for a second it’s the one place in crypto that feels less like a gamble and more like a home

“I wish they'd integrate Pro into the main app like CB did”One of the things I really like about Kraken is the choice to auto earn on some assets without staking them and choosing to take a lower % in trade for them being liquid. User experience would be improved if they'd merge advanced into the same app though. It's a pain flipping between the two. Altogether, enjoy Kraken and hope they integrate Ink defi natively soon for app users.

“My first onramp exchange on 2021”Kraken has been my first onramp exchange on 2021 until I found p2p on Binance. Their rate from MYR to USD I would say fairly assessible at that time. Customer support is great, swift response during working hours, has been guiding me to authenticate my overseas deposit issue everytime. Kudos to their team!

“my main exchange now”since a lot of exchanges won't server eu customers anymore, ive been trying a bunch of MiCA-compliant CEXs and from all the ones I've tested, Kraken is the one I'm choosing. 1-2 years back I actually reached out to their support team because I previously held an account on an exchange they've taken over and with the help of their fast, friendly and great support I was able to restore that old account in 2 days. on-ramping with instant bank transfers and free withdrawal to their own evm chain ink makes the experience smooth and extremly cheap while being quite liquid. definitely a recommendation from me

“Botted $YB token sale”Kraken has tried to play the launchpad/token sale game for the first time and was totally defeated by bots. While everyone is screaming that it was sold out in less than 1 second (which is obviously not possible, even having huge demand since there was no other way rather than interacting with Kraken UI directly), Kraken's intern proudly says "Sold out in one minute" (https://x.com/krakenfx/status/1973407284236558666) Kraken's mods also officially acknowledged in their Discord that they will (at least) try to improve the system for the upcoming launches, internally accepting that the full allocation was sold out to a few bots. CIS channels, such us "Коля Флипает" (t.me/sol_TOP) posted that he was able to get in from 3 out of 5 accounts using scripts. Having mistakes for the first time is OK, but leaving such a situation as it is means peeing on your reputation, dear Kraken.
