Legion is a merit-based ICO launchpad that allocates token sales based on on-chain activity, social contributions, and GitHub presence rather than wallet size, earning praise for its fair and transparent approach to democratizing early-stage investment access. The platform has successfully launched projects like Fuel, YieldBasis, and Giza, with many users reporting solid returns and appreciation for the team's mission-driven focus. However, Legion faces persistent criticism for severe infrastructure failures during high-demand sales—website crashes, freezes, and slow support response times have plagued major launches, particularly YieldBasis, leaving users frustrated with transaction failures and unclear allocation distribution; additionally, concerns about scoring opacity, bot activity, KYC delays, and misleading performance metrics have undermined trust despite the platform's innovative concept.

“I have to leave a negative review, maybe it's not Legion's fault, but the YieldBasis project itself, but still”I’d like to share feedback on the recent YieldBasis sale hosted on your platform. While this may ultimately be tied to the project’s side, the participant experience looked unusual. Across multiple community channels, I saw virtually no one who received an allocation. Personally, my score was 760, and I know many active users with 900+ who also reported 0 allocation. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a pattern on a reputable launchpad, which naturally raised concerns that allocations may have been concentrated elsewhere. To close the perception gap and protect Legion’s credibility, could you share a brief transparency postmortem with: - Total unique participants and winners - Min/median/max score among winners and overall acceptance rate - The allocation method (random vs. score-weighted) and any randomness source used - Any allowlists/strategic allocations (team, partners, market makers) and their share - Anti-Sybil measures employed - Proofs/audits (e.g., verifiable randomness, Merkle lists) or a public winners list with redacted addresses If the distribution was driven by the project’s requirements, stating that clearly would help the community align expectations. I value Legion and want to continue supporting launches here; transparent metrics and proof-of-fairness would resolve the current doubts and strengthen trust for future sales.KiliaCryptoBD · 1234· 1y ago · negative3
