Many people in the community supported it by sharing, posting, and helping it grow. But when it was time to reward those who helped, the team didn’t deliver. Instead of thanking and rewarding real supporters, they focused more on big influencers and hype. That’s not how Web3 should work. In crypto, the community matters. If you forget the people who stood by you early, you lose trust. Memecoin let a lot of us down. To the team: do better. And to others building in Web3, respect and reward your community. Always.

And the ecosystem there has a great weight, both in the capitalization of the $MEME token, and a place in the NFT market, occupying 3 top genesis collections, with trading volume at the level of other top collections. Just think about the nearly 2 million followers and successful cases in terms of staking, sales, and airdrops.

traddelife · 1277· 1y ago9“Memecoin Feels Like a Meme... and Not in a Good Way”Look, I get the whole meme culture, it’s fun, it's viral, and sometimes it even works. But Memecoin (yes, literally Memecoin) just doesn't give me any sense of long-term reliability or real value. There’s zero clarity on what this project actually wants to achieve beyond the usual "lol let's go viral" vibe. The website is all fluff and branding with very little substance. No clear roadmap, no real utility, and honestly, it kinda feels like the whole thing is just riding on temporary hype and influencer buzz. And don’t get me started on transparency. There’s almost no detailed info on who’s behind it, how token distribution was handled, or what the governance structure looks like, if it even exists. That’s a massive red flag for anyone who’s been around long enough to see rugs and pump-and-dumps happen over and over again. Sure, maybe it’s “just for fun,” but when real money is involved, “fun” doesn’t cut it. If you’re looking for a meme token to mess around with, fine. But if you're trying to find something credible or trustworthy to actually build with or invest in? This ain’t it. DYOR, and don’t get memed.

It’s like I’ve got a hilarious friend who’s always ready to dive into the wild world of crypto with a big grin. As someone still figuring out Web3, I find their posts about Pepe and Doge so fun and easy to follow, turning complicated crypto stuff into something I can actually get excited about.

It’s essential for investors and participants to recognize the speculative nature of such projects and approach with a mix of enthusiasm and caution. In short, Memecoin is a high-risk, high-potential project that stands out due to its team, branding, and strong community backing.

L · 1271· 1y ago9“One of the most trusted project in web3 and trusted team.”Memecoin deeply connected with Memeland and 9GAG, nice meme-driven content and active community engagement. Despite limited structured positive feedback, it remains a vibrant hub for meme enthusiasts, blending humor with a strong social presence that keeps the timeline fresh, relatable, and entertaining. Win for them.

Roberth · 1372· 1y ago9“"The Fun Side of Crypto with Real Community Power $MEME "”Honestly, $MEME is one of the most entertaining things to come out of crypto in a while. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s kind of the whole point it’s about community, internet culture, and just having fun with it. But beneath the jokes and memes, there’s real momentum building. The community is super active, the vibe is strong, and it feels like one of those rare coins that actually has personality. Whether it blows up or just stays a fun ride, $MEME brings a refreshing energy to a space that sometimes forgets how to laugh
