Which is already much better than many other shitty NFTs out there. Holders were able to get the collection by free mint, and many are still holding strong to them. Minotaurs got that active community and a ongoing narrative. The level of pariticpation shows how much the team is still adding value to the project. I don't really use Apechain much, but I can appreciate a project that wants to expand the scope of NFT beyond basic JPEG function.
