It also has a lot of ENS specific functionality which makes it the best place to search, buy and sell ENS domains. Brantly is one of the people behind the marketplace, so you know it's being built by people who deeply understand the ENS ecosystem. The team is very responsive to feedback and ships fast. Any time I can think of something cool I annoy them about it and a short while later it's there :) If you are in ENS or want to get into ENS - then I can definitely recommend looking around on Grails.

We’re impressed by your content, and we’d be thrilled to team up with you at @Coin_post. You’d fit perfectly as an ambassador for us. Do you want to be part of it?" If you've been in crypto for a while you should instantly recognize it as a scam that will lead to you getting drained via fake meeting URLs / executable files. If you ever read "I thought I'm participating in a meeting but now all my apes are gone" - it's exactly how that happens lol Avoid at all costs. And think before you click.

on Vinnie ❌ · 900· 8mo ago · negative3“highly likely the dumbest person in crypto”I just found out Soundxyz had to close their platform LOL That's because David (@dgreenstein1) and the people at Sound don't understand what the users actually want. A thing you need to know is that Sound, a failing platform with no product market fit - at one point acquired SoHo. Which was a universally beloved platform that had the best product market fit I've ever seen in web3. But they basically acquired SoHo for the team, hoping they would help them with Sound - which had no users or product market fit. 💀 And that's why after the acquisition they immediately nuked SoHo. Imagine acquiring a successful product and nuking it, just so the team helps you with your FAILING PRODUCT. What the actual fuck were those retards thinking? Sound was a platform that couldn't even get banners right. (https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1736858471419584713) Imagine recommending 1248x300px if that's not the actual size of the banners - because once you upload the recommended size it asks you to crop it 💀 That's sound for you. Their actual banner size was 895x447px and not the 1248x300px that they asked users to upload. And then it still had the awful dynamic scaling so it looked like shit either way - because the banner always stretched and distorted 💀 That's the platform Sound was. Attention to detail matched their product market fit - they had none of either 😹 For comparison - I've been mourning SoHo since the moment the platform went down in 2023... That's how good it was. https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1740400253914829077 So yeah, David and the people behind Sound are most likely the dumbest people in crypto. They shouldn't make any business decisions and you most likely should stay away from anything they're building. They were sitting on gold with the Sound acquisition, but decided to nuke it to pursue the failing product that Sound was. I still think about SoHo after more than 2 years since it went down. Sound deserved to fail for how they handled that acquisition. And I'm sure that anything David and the Sound team will try to build next is doomed to fail, because they are the type of people that will pursue failing ideas while acquiring and sunsetting working products universally loved by users - products with a product market fit that comes once a decade. And if you want to read more of my ranting about it, feel free to read it here: https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/2017397059196715098

He is also making a XRP shitcoin using the yumemono name: "yumemoNOIR coin launch details will be announced" on his webpage. He basically took a whole existing project and moved it to another chain in black and white to extract from users there. NFT extraction wasn't enough, so he used that projects name to also plan a shitcoin launch. https://x.com/skateboardheem/status/1965053505414246832 Sidenote: While Yumemono NFTs are copyleft, this is just a spiritually poor grifting attempt through taking an existing project and doing low effort copycats on other chains. Compare the actual Yumemono NFT I own (#2309): https://opensea.io/item/ethereum/0x7011ee079f579eb313012bddb92fd6f06fa43335/2039 vs the same ID (#2309) NFT he ported to XRP with a black and white filter: https://xrp.cafe/nft/00181388EA117312ECDAEC9DE7DCBE54E72C9C2664307C82E489EECE05DF4233 This is just low effort grifting by porting and recoloring existing cc0/copyleft collections on other chains. As previously seen with various base "based" grifts recolored in blue. And while it's a copyleft collection, it doesn't make this behavior any less of a low effort grift.

Basically promising frequent few $ bounties for tasks (free graphic design work for example) and then locking the server up to get new joiners to pay for it. In-between all of that, he also launched multiple crypto grifts / had other people launch them for him via the bags app.

on Mark Tyneway · 1349· 1y ago · negative3“worst wallet on the market, and it somehow keeps getting worse”The title says it all. MM is the worst wallet on the market, and yet it somehow keeps getting worse. Oftentimes it feels like their devs have never used a wallet in their lifetime or are straight up being paid by competitors to deliberately make it worse. Not sure which is worse - hiring absolutely clueless people or having a team of people deliberately making the product unusable. They definitely don't have any onchain native people testing their product, because anyone that is actually active onchain wouldn't let most of the updates pass quality checks. It's been so bad that this comment by "BlehhMeta" has been often used in replies to MetaMask. https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1958330540001501686 One can only be bearish on everything related to MetaMask and Consensys. The wallet itself has been pretty awful since pretty much forever, but post v13 the updates just show that the team has no idea what they're doing. Either the devs aren't using any wallets, or they are straight up making things deliberately worse. I'm saying that because every single update post v13 was either done by someone who is totally clueless and never used a wallet, or it was pushed through to deliberately make things worse and break them. First the network switching got hidden, then they brought it back. Then the transaction queue got messed up, which means you couldn't push stuck transactions through as you were only able to speed up the highest nonce (which isn't the transaction that holds everything else back!). One could do it manually, but manually pushing transactions got bothersome because they also removed the account you are sending from in the quick selection - so you needed to go back and copy the address, and repeat the sending steps. They finally fixed the queue issue 6 months after it was reported (!!!) - after multiple pings on their forum from multiple users. The quick selection that was mentioned in the same reports hasn't gotten fixed, which is still bothersome if you want to manually push / replace stuck transactions instead of using their "speed up" UI. https://community.metamask.io/t/bring-back-manual-network-switching/30618/ https://community.metamask.io/t/pushing-a-stuck-transaction-on-mobile/30820 https://community.metamask.io/t/fix-activity-feed-pending-tx-functionality-is-useless-since-last-update/30659/ https://community.metamask.io/t/activity-feed-pending-tx-speed-up-has-been-broken-for-months/31139/ Other than that, the FF bricking has been an issue for years now. Oftentimes it was perm-bricking and even full extension and browser reinstalls didn't solve the issue. If you didn't suffer from perm-bricking then you would still get the occasional brick that required you to reinstall the extension and import your wallet again. If you used a lot of custom networks - that got annoying really fast. FF bricking never really got fixed, and MM themselves was recommending people would switch to chrome. Post v13 chrome started bricking as well and MM would end up in a brick-restart-brick loop that required a full reinstall of the extension, and oftentimes it would brick during the first transaction after you imported your wallet. If you were lucky you were able to get 3-5 tx before that happened. Bricking: https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1973797801235788287 https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1958326782781800760 https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1958330540001501686 If you aren't affected by the bricking then the extension is awfully slow. It also causes a memory leak on Sora, and if you don't disable MM when you open Sora on Chrome - it will eat up all your RAM and bluescreen. See here: https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1987108129327227045 This has never been addressed properly, and the only quick fix is to disable the MM extension whenever you want to use Sora. Metamask safety people are also clueless. See this verified signature: https://etherscan.io/verifiedSignatures?q=0x43E47385f6b3f8BDBe02C210bf5C74B6c34Ff441 Me: Hi MM safety team, you might want to take a look at this ENS edge case that allows impersonation of your signatures. MM person: You can't do that with ENS, you're clueless. Me: I just did that??? MM person: Well even if you did, it couldn't be used in any way so it's not an issue. Me: I can literally create verified signatures and tag contracts with your ENS??? MM person: ... Explanation of the ENS edge case: https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/2005824252126118013 https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/2000994883599773987 When it comes to the listing / TGE itself, they previously were doing ads in the wallet (eww!) where you could have gotten $500 for participating in some Consensys/Metamask thing. That required pretty invasive KYC for $500. MetaMask TGE will most likely require it as well. https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1913395028048695574 https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1913398893112353069 https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/1974514568853700983 The only thing keeping them alive at this point are the TGE incentives, but nobody - LITERALLY NOBODY - wants to willingly use MetaMask. Even if you took your time to report issues and send them feature requests - they either won't address it properly or it will take half a year until they fix something as simple as the tx queue they randomly reversed and broke with one of their updates. Overall I'm bearish on Metamask, Metamask people, Metamask TGE and everything related to Metamask and Consensys. They are beyond saving. /// EDIT The reason why Metamask is constantly getting worse and worse was just clarified by one of the people who used to work at Metamask - and only used the product 2 or 3 times. See here: https://app.ethos.network/activity/review/700574/the-mindset-that-kills-every-product At some point when dealing with Metamask I wrote this: https://x.com/miyaspokeofthis/status/2045934862591267327 "I don’t know how else to say it, but at this point it’s becoming awfully clear that you guys need to fire some people. The last few updates scream that the people behind them aren’t actually using your product… You can’t tell me otherwise. Because either they never actually used the product they are developing, or they are making it unusable on purpose. So which is it? Are your devs getting paid by competitors to make the product worse? Or are they just clueless?" Imagine my surprise when Gui publicly admitted to not using the product... and then going over to Solana. And Gui sadly isn't the only person that used the product 2-3 times. It's the exact reason why MM is constantly getting worse. notsofast described it pretty well: https://x.com/inversebrah/status/2045985947528093811 "the careerist linkedinification of crypto in one perfect post. as soon as serious companies started getting built in crypto, they hired serious job interviewees to work at them who had never used crypto and would (as they intended) go on to never use it" This is why a lot of products undergo "enshittification" after growth. And that's exactly what's happening at Metamask and across a lot of other crypto products. It's that exact mindset that slowly kills all the products you once liked to use. Instead of getting better, they get worse with every single update - to the point that you start to wonder if the people ever used their own product or are getting paid by the competition to make the product worse. Usually it's the former; ~90% rarely ever touch the product outside of test environment. Sometimes it's both, but you just can't prove it. In some cases, like with Gui, you will get the public admission that a) they didn't actually used the product and b) later on switched over to companies that you might actually consider as competition. I guess my gut feeling about Metamask was right. And while I couldn't prove it for a long time - Gui just did. My opinion on MM is still the same; I'm bearish on Metamask, Metamask people, Metamask TGE and everything related to Metamask and Consensys. They are beyond saving. Gui just reinforced that opinion with a single tweet.
