“The ecosystem is rapidly gaining momentum.”Monad is one of the most exciting L1 projects of 2025-2026. The mainnet has been operational since November 2025. I like that this Layer 1 (L1) blockchain is fully compatible with Ethereum (EVM). However, the main advantages are its speed and low cost.

“Hype Was High, Support Wasn’t”Honestly, pretty disappointed. Token dumped hard after launch and since then it feels like the team just went silent. No real updates, no strong push to support the ecosystem. Feels like retail got left holding the bag while attention moved elsewhere. Trust definitely took a hit.

“What went wrong?”I am sure this is the question the team asks themselves as there is not much treffic in monad mainnet as the hype was there while in testnet. I personally think that it is the overall market sentiments that went wrong here, the monad's tech is just AWESOME. but overall market isn't letting them to show their proper potential.

If these structural concerns are not addressed, sustainability may become a challenge. Strong ecosystems thrive on trust, engagement, and shared momentum. Without consistent support and clear incentives, maintaining active participation over time can be difficult.

“scaMonad”I first learned about Monad in early 2024. Its community is very solid and highly active. When the testnet launched, many people were immediately interested in trying it out. However, when the TGE (Token Generation Event) occurred, it became a day of massive disappointment. The project did not provide any incentives to the testnet users.

“no 1 bullshit”I had a bad experience with Monad. I frequently conducted tests on the testnet, was active on Discord, and participated in Monad community meet-ups. After spending months of time and energy, I received nothing at all. You are not eligible. I am sad and disappointed.

“not good”Hey Monad team, not gonna lie, the tech looks solid and all, but it kinda feels like early community didn’t really matter here. A lot of us have been around since the early days, testing stuff, giving feedback, sharing the project everywhere… but the way things rolled out recently feels like the early supporters got sidelined. No clear appreciation, no meaningful incentives, and communication has been pretty dry too. Communities don’t just appear out of nowhere — we help build the hype, test the product, and spread the word when nobody else cares yet. So when early contributors don’t feel valued, it lowkey kills the vibe. Hope you guys can pay more attention to the people who believed early. A little recognition and better communication would go a long way. 🙏
