“Ambitious protocol with big goals”Been following Monad for some time and definitely seeing some cool stuff come out of the ecosystem but it’s possible that it becomes one of those forgotten chains after the airdrop is done. Hope I’m wrong. Good luck

“Not moved by them”to be very honest im not entirely moved by what they building or its existence, generally feels unwanted to me, get kept and just another VC tryna suck out liquid.

“Loud Start No Real Value”Right now in crypto most projects become popular because of airdrops. Airdrops bring the crowd. The crowd builds the community. If you mix a good project, a real product and a generous drop, you get a strong community around it. People start to believe in it, support it and push it forward. The team is the heart. The community is the blood. That is how projects win. Monad came in very loud. A lot of hype. A lot of expectations. In reality I did not see anything truly useful or groundbreaking. The airdrop mostly went to people who were not really building or supporting the ecosystem. The way the community was treated does not look good. I do not see long term potential here. And I do not see real value for the industry. I do not recommend it.

“Horrible Team”They promised the community incentives, then let people spend time and energy only for them to only reward the kols and team. It would have been better they let people know from the start that there won't be reward for testing, then people will know they're doing it for the love of the tech. But misleading people and failing them at the end is just too much. Then the NFTs are mostly scam and greedy people that don't even know anything about the nft game They rug too much

“Bad”Project feels overhyped with very little real progress shown so far. The communication is unclear, timelines keep shifting, and there’s not enough transparency about what’s actually being built. Hard to trust the direction at this point.

“Too Much Hype, Zero Promise”When i first seeing this project i already feels its gonna be starknet or zksync v2 and i was right. Too much hype but rewarding only the inner circles / CT or Influencers. A Project who dont listen or giving back to communities is a really bad project and monad is one of the examples.

“Another "high-performance EVM-compatible" Layer 1”Another "high-performance EVM-compatible Layer 1", facing competition from the likes of MegaETH and Berachain. Ethereum upgrades will also sap some activity and demand by making L2s cheaper/faster, pulling devs and liquidity that might otherwise test Monad. If you know Berachain, its demand shows signs of waning post-launch hype, with TVL dropping ~90%. We'll see if Monad ends up the same. Heaps of users/testers were unhappy with the airdrop allocation, under-rewarding testers while favoring social grinders and KOLs.
