“My Experience with Monad: Testing, Hopes, and Future Expectations”I’ve been involved with Monad since its testnet launch, dedicating over six months in hopes of a reward. While I didn’t expect much, I was disappointed to receive nothing. That said, the project has been well-built, especially for the community, and I believe it will continue to grow after its mainnet launch. There are rumors that testnet participants may receive rewards, but the likelihood seems low. Still, I’m optimistic about Monad’s future.

“Broken Promises and Betrayed Community , Monad Disappoints”I had high hopes for Monad as a potential game changer in Web3, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The project promised rewards and recognition for testnet users, yet those who genuinely contributed were completely ignored. People spent hours testing features, providing feedback, and helping the ecosystem grow, only to see airdrops and rewards go to outsiders or insiders with no real involvement. It feels like the project prioritizes personal profit over the community it claims to value. The distribution of roles and rewards is unfair, and the real contributors are treated as expendable. If the team doesn’t care about the performance and future success of their own product, why should anyone else? Monad’s handling of the community has broken trust. What could have been a revolutionary platform turned into a case study in disappointment. “Community comes first” seems to be just a slogan, not a practice.

“Disappointments”I can’t say that the project itself is bad or that the technology leaves much to be desired. In this regard, everything is good here, but the attitude towards people leaves much to be desired... I am sure that not only 225k users are real people, many did the project with dedication and hoped that their contribution would be useful and rewarded, but it turned out that they were just slaves who worked for the phrase (not eligible) Not giving it to real hard workers who worked is complete nonsense, it will be on your conscience. Let's see what your actions will lead to when launching the main network...

“Why are you hiring people from the former Eclipse team?”I’m extremely disappointed that this project has started bringing in members from the old Eclipse team - the same people who led that project to a complete collapse. They have no real competence, only toxicity and greed. This is a huge mistake.
