“I'm completely neutral towards him, I'm not interested in Monad.”I'm not interested in the project and I haven't been following it, since its mechanics and what it proposes to bring to the market are useless to anyone; there are already plenty of them. Now I see it as an ordinary project that wants to make money on its token and disappear from the information field in the future, like Blockchain.

The throughput numbers look great on paper, yet there’s no verified on-chain data supporting consistent real-world performance. The heavy emphasis on marketing (cards, community campaigns, and hype cycles) suggests they might be leaning too much on perception rather than substance. Additionally, the validator decentralization metrics are unclear — a red flag for any chain aiming to rival established L1s. Unless the team can demonstrate measurable mainnet stability and open-source more of their stack, Monad risks being another over-engineered “future L1” that never escapes testnet status.

“Failed the actual Community”MONAD failed the actual community and allocated more tokens to non users just becuase they are KOLs. I got the MON allocation for my onchain activity , but many actual users who contributed time to MONAD didnt even get single MON.

“another super tech L1”On October 14, 2025, claims opened for over 230000 wallets 5500 core community members plus 225000 active crypto users. Drops were available for using Foset, deploying contracts, participating in the DAO, holding NFTs like CryptoPunks and Pudgy Penguins, and being active on Aave, Uniswap, Curve, Hyperliquid, and other top protocols. But nothing was awarded for the testnet itself, which lasted almost a year. The claim deadline was November 3, 2025. if you didnt claim it, you screwed. I received 32000 tokens. I hope the price will be around $1.

“Loved the tech, jumped into the community”I heard about monad from coinfest 2024 and my friend asked me to join their server. That time I just got back from Web2 busyness and started to look on Web3 projects again. I saw some of my friends eat good from being a community member, so I tried to learn monad. After few months, I saw that this project got good marketing skills and solid community meetups (they did meetup almost every month in all over the world). I loved the vibe on meetups, it's like a reunion with your old friends. I wrote this review on 1st November 2025, after opening box of allocations that I got as a community member. I really hope projects on Web3 can survive long enough until many people realize it's not the about the project, but it's about the people inside.

“Explain to me what COMMUNITY means again.”Monad stepped into the web3 scene sometime in '24, I think. Quiet but had potential and was quite inspiring. They were up there with the likes of movement and berachain. Just like these incompetent lots, Monad scored ZERO in understanding the meaning of community. Tell me how a community of thousands engaged with an entire ecosystem of dapps under monad and these people chose to reward nonusers. They are the bottom feeders of web3 and should be banished. Over 5k tx and investments in NFTs by most intentional community members and most were ineligible for the supposed airdrop. My community now believes I definitely played a fast one on them. Disappointment is not remotely close to the word I need to describe my feeling towards a disgraceful project like monad.

“To be or not to be?”I'm waiting for the launch of the mainnet. I wonder what they can offer to compete with Solana. Sorry, but I'm kind of glad that the project decided not to reward multi-accounts and large script farms, which is probably why they received a lot of negative feedback. Over the course of the year, I will decide whether to accumulate $MON for long-term investments or whether it's just a dud like Berachain. LFG :))

“Monad" offensively ignores active testers.”Honestly, the way Monad" treats its users who tested the network is simply offensive. People invested their time and effort, helped improve the product, and got... nothing in return. Instead of rewarding active testers, tokens and drops went to random people or large investors. I am surprised how projects can behave as if the main thing is not the product and the community, but their own profit. All the promises about “the community first” seem empty when those who really helped are left out. This is disappointing and seriously undermines trust in the project

“Gave fake promises to testnet Users”I farming there testnet airdrop from day 1 and I tested all there dapps and apps which are on testnet but when they published there checker they just changed the criteria. It's not expecting from monad team.

“Honestly, Monad really disappointed a lot of people.”Many early supporters feel let down by Monad’s recent actions. Testnet participants who helped build momentum for the project expected fair recognition, but the outcome shows otherwise. It’s disheartening to see projects forget the value of community support — especially those who believed in their vision from day one. Respect and transparency matter more than hype.
