It is also great for devs who want performance without leaving familiar tooling. My worry: the airdrop could over reward Discord(roles and social farming) and under-reward people who’ve spent months using the testnet organically, with official details still fuzzy. A fairer design would weight real on-chain testnet depth, dev/infra contributions, and bug reports, with social roles as a small bonus.

“monad is blazing fast and developer-friendly”i’ve been using monad from the start and i have to say , this blockchain is blazing fast with almost no gas fees. what really stands out is its speed: 10,000 tps, 1 second block times, and almost instant finality. it’s technically impressive while still being user-friendly. i believe it’s a real game-changer for anyone into scalable and affordable web3 development.

“Am I excited?”The history of the monad ecosystem is a bit old. Maybe a testnet started months later, but I don't think they gained the necessary hype. But during the time I used it on the testnet, it is not difficult to guess that the chain was fast and the transaction fees would still be cheaper on the mainnet. When we look at the total investment I received, it is obvious that they received as much or even more investment than other layer-1 chains, which is a reason to be excited in this section. I am looking forward to everyone being able to join the testnet and how they will proceed with multi-account.
