“All Hype, No Integrity”I joined the Monad testnet without big expectations but still took part in testing and community efforts. The reward criteria turned out to be absurd. Real testnet participants who spent time using and testing the network got nothing. Monad built hype around a “testnet with millions of users,” then ignored the people who actually helped stress test and improve the product. Instead of rewarding genuine contributors with MON tokens, they handed them out to random accounts that had nothing to do with the project. They used the community to inflate numbers, then completely disregarded the testers who made the network look active. Easily one of the most disappointing and misleading projects I’ve seen in the space.
