A support agent initially assured me that I would receive help with the withdrawal. However, instead of taking action, I received repeated refusals over an extended period. Only after I applied significant pressure did the team agree to help — yet, to this day, no actual action has been taken. The token is clearly visible on BaseScan under an OKX-controlled wallet, but I am still denied a manual withdrawal or conversion to a supported asset. During this time, the token’s price has dropped, recovered, and fluctuated, and I remain unable to access my ~$200. This is a clear example of how a platform can delay resolution for weeks while holding full control over a customer’s asset.
