“Famous fraudsters’ famous fraud projects”The founder of Tantin Exchange is Yu Lingxiong. He was the mastermind behind the large Ponzi schemes YouBank and Munics that broke out in China in 2019, with a single case involving fraud exceeding RMB 4 billion, and a cumulative total of over RMB 10 billion directly or indirectly related. Yu Lingxiong is associated with 19 companies, all facing debt and default issues. He himself has been listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement and wanted by judicial authorities for his suspected crime of organizing and leading pyramid selling activities, leading him to operate outside of China to this day. Earlier, he had also registered an exchange in the Philippines, followed by launching several pyramid scheme coins. These projects ran independently, fabricating “legends” of 10x to 20x price increases within a single month, but all of them imposed lock-up periods, only allowing 5% withdrawal per month. In addition, the qualification documents published on the official website of Tantin Exchange were proven to be forged. Despite lacking any legitimate qualifications, they collected user KYC information and aggressively promoted the platform in many regions of China by exploiting information asymmetry. In past incidents, these related groups had also sold collected user identity information to scam syndicates in Cambodia and Myanmar. ⸻ Current Status of Tantin Exchange Tantin Exchange is in fact operated by a fraud group associated with Yu Lingxiong, with offices located in the Morgan Tower on Diamond Island, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. • On January 10, 2025, Tantin Exchange signed a lease agreement with Morgan Tower, renting the 37th floor for corporate office use. • However, as of now, the 37th floor is still under construction and has not been put into actual use. Despite not obtaining the necessary operational licenses from the regulatory authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia (they only claim it is “in process”), Tantin Exchange publicly declared through social media that they had established the “Celestial Exchange” at Morgan Tower and were conducting trading activities. During this period, they repeatedly used internal scenes and brand logos of the Tower without permission for promotional videos, including footage shot by their staff in the 46th floor, 48th floor restaurant, and lobby public areas. ⸻ Lease Termination and Response from Morgan Tower • On March 27, 2025, Morgan Tower management sent a notice of lease termination via WeChat to Tantin’s responsible person. • On the same day, a written termination letter was delivered and posted at the 37th-floor construction site. • Power to the 37th floor was cut off, and construction was ordered to stop.on Tantin天体交易所 · 1188· 1y ago · negative8
适合对 Web3 有内容判断力的人参与 === Mirra Terminal is a decentralized AI training platform built around the X platform and tailored for Web3 scenarios. Instead of relying on the raw capabilities of large models, it builds a knowledge network driven by human intuition through users’ behavior of “scouting content.” You can participate either as a creator or a scout—by discovering, recommending, and filtering content, you help make the AI smarter. Its strengths lie in its simple mechanism, low barrier to entry, and its avoidance of task gamification. However, it holds high standards for content, emphasizing “thoughtful perspectives” rather than simple reposts. The acceptance rate is low (only around 30%), which may discourage first-time users. The system is still in its early stages, and the experience isn’t very smooth yet. It is suitable for people with good content discernment in the Web3 space.on Mirra · 1295· 1y ago5
