“Web3 Chad”If I think of someone that has proper understanding of any business within web3, ruthy lives rent free in my head. A man that always tries to take that creative approach in everything he does, while being overseeable and succesful. If you are planning to learn about doing business and growing your own, this man is a must-follow.

“One of web3s finest”Ruthy has built something incredible in the space and seeing him push visions forward in web3, as well as leading a team of people who have nothing but good words to say about his leadership, speaks for itself. im happy to be able to have people who bring web3 in a positive light - we need more Ruthys in the space.

“Solid Builder”Hands down one of the best builders in this space. Hardworking, dedicated, and always pushing boundaries. Ruthy has a deep understanding of this space, and it’s been impressive to watch how he & team have built and developed Surgence over the years. I’ve always admired the way Surgence operates: structured, innovative, and constantly ahead of the curve. Their ability to adapt and innovate is what makes them one of the top web3 agencies today. Really love to see builders like Ruthy thrive in this space.

“Definition of a Builder”Have seen Ruthy build Surgence from scratch, it's commendable for what Ruthy has achieved in the past 2 years alone. I joined Surgence back in 2023, one of the best community I've been part of. Great at marketing, top tier builder, need more builders like Ruthy tbh.

“I thought he was ugly.”Known Ruthy from the early NFT days of 2022, he started a community that cultivated a community of builders. This guy decided not to doxx early for god knows the reason why, maybe he waiting for Eth_apple's skincare package from Korea, idk. I have worked with Surgence in the past, they are very professional and systematic. Fast forward today, it is now one of the top agencies scaling and doing GTM strategy for big projects and brands.
