But when it came to the actual launch, things just didn’t click. Hardly anyone wanted to mint, and the team ended up pushing an “XP for minting on OpenSea” campaign just to get some traction. The market reaction says it all: floor price is sitting at about a third of the mint price. I had a whitelist spot but decided to pass, and honestly, I don’t regret that call. Hopefully the team takes this as a lesson if they’re serious about continuing to build within the Bera ecosystem.

His work on ord.io, plus things like Runestone and even the $DOG memecoin, have been big drivers of attention and to be fair, pretty creative technically. His X posts are usually full of energy, mixing crypto art history with the latest alpha, and that Runestone airdrop brought real value to a lot of holders. That being said, I’ve also heard some mixed things about his past, and at times it feels like he rides new trends for his own gain. I’ve never seen him outright scam anyone, but I personally take his content with a bit of caution. Still, if you’re in the Ordinals scene, following him can be both interesting and useful.

From the outside, it mostly looks like big spends on events without much clarity on where the project is actually heading which is unfortunate.
