“From Alliance to Frontline- A hard journey”Met this guy in Alliance — we vibed instantly in VCs, cooking memes and pulling late grinds. Later, got to know him in real life — humble, sharp, and unfairly handsome. Life did its plot twists, he dipped for a bit, came back as the founder of Frontline Alpha, dropping free alpha and lifting people up. Then boom — I’m back on his squad again. “Bringing Speed to Web3”I did some digging on Espresso Systems through Binance, CryptoTimes and Mirror and found some pretty impressive stuff. They recently launched Mainnet 0 which brings shared sequencers and fast confirmations for Ethereum rollups and they have even bigger upgrades planned ahead. It is clear they are serious about scaling and speed in Web3. What caught my eye more is that they have raised over 60 million from giants like a16z and Polygon Labs and are working on real cross chain solutions. They are also behind CAPE a tool that brings customizable privacy to tokens and NFTs. From what I saw in these sources Espresso is building with focus and purpose and they are definitely one of the teams to keep an eye on.

“Doctor in Space”I haven’t interacted with her much personally, but the crew she rolls with speaks volumes, they’re some of the realest and sharpest people personally. That alone tells me a lot about her character. From what I’ve seen, she carries herself with the same calm confidence you’d want in both a good trader and a great doctor. Quietly solid, no hype. Just good energy, smart moves, and someone who clearly knows what she’s doing, both in the crypto world and outside of it.

“Professional + Cute Aditi”I met Aditi in Alliance about a year ago and we have been crossing paths ever since. She is always online always ready to chat and full of good vibes. One thing you should know she is crazy about Gol Gappay like really she might even skip a mint for a plate of those. She also loves cats a lot and talks about them like they are her best friends. In Web3 she is a true OG. Always early on trends, always chasing alpha and somehow always getting whitelist spots for the top projects. She is also a great collector and easily one of the best Nitro sellers out there with top deals and quick replies. Aditi is fun smart and always active in the space.

“Web3 would be Boring without Changi”I’ve known Changi for a long time now yeah I call her that from her real name Chang. Met her in Frontline and somehow we kept bumping into each other in Alliance EggsSphere Defi App and who knows where else. One day I asked about her in Defi App and everyone instantly said oh you mean the OG girl? That’s when it hit me yep she’s really one of the true OGs out there. In web3 where people vanish faster than your gas fees during hype mints she’s one of the few who’s been consistent solid and always around with the right vibes. Whether it's catching alpha before it drops or just bringing life to a dead VC she’s that one person you’re always happy to see pop up. Had some solid moments with her she’s always fun in chats and if you catch her in VC trust me she’s the kind of person who brings the energy and keeps the whole vibe alive. Web3’s wild but it’s people like Changi that keep it fun.

“My First Bestie in web3”First thing that comes to my mind is “Best Friend.” I honestly can't even remember where I first met her—maybe it's the old age creeping in xd—but I do remember all those chats we had in Alliance. She’d pop into VCs like a ninja, and even if we were rambling in some foreign language, she’d still blend right in, and soon enough the whole convo would shift and we'd all be chatting with her. That’s how the whole bestie vibe started. Just the other day I was chilling alone in Frontline, and boom, she spotted me online and hopped in. We had one of those proper laughs, catching up on the good old days, throwing in some alpha talk, market goss, and all that Web3 madness. Lately, she’s been stepping up as a Collab Manager in a few communities and she’s been killing it. Great with people, always learning, pushing herself—definitely one of the real hardworking women out here in Web3.
