From 713 activities · Mar 2026Serpin is the founder and CEO of Ethos Network, a platform building on-chain reputation and trust systems for Web3. A 12-year product leader with experience at Atlassian, HouseCallPro, and as an early hire at Message.io (YC W16), he brings deep expertise in product, security, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Known for hands-on community engagement, transparent leadership, and relentless focus on detecting Sybil actors and bad actors through slashing and verification mechanisms, Serpin is widely recognized as a builder committed to doing things the right way rather than chasing hype—consistently shipping features, hosting vibe coding sessions and spaces, and staying actively involved in Discord and community feedback loops.

IcoBeast.eth🦇🔊 · 2540· 38d ago11“Founder who schedules personal time for his users”A few days before the WHUF token sale, I had the pleasure of a face-to-face call with Serpin about the details of the sale and my questions on the whitepaper. He set aside his personal time for these calls, even with individuals bidding small amounts. He listened and expertly answered all my questions with kindness. We then spent the last few minutes just chatting about onchain reputation in general. First time I see such a level of commitment and humble availability from a founder!

ZimmerAllDay · 1710· 44d ago11“Truly remarkable Founder”I've had the pleasure of following Serp's work over the past few months. He's one of the most dedicated, hard-working, and community-oriented Founders I've ever engaged with. He's super responsive and open to feedback, continuously improving Ethos, making it a cornerstone for reputation in the crypto space. A true visionary!

Sk0rp.eth · 2247· 44d ago11“Founder of Ethos: Hope Social-Fi on Base, Season 2 Architect”Btw, this isn't my first review dedicated to Serpin; here's the first one (https://app.ethos.network/activity/review/385858/ethos-founder-who-working-for-feedback) I would like to continue by saying that we should obviously be grateful to this man and the team he has built. We have received an interesting experiment that has been successful Ethos. A reputation system that is unlike any other, and it's all on Base. I could end here, but since the launch of the second season of Ethos, I am absolutely sure that the XP system will attract many interested people from the Base ecosystem and others. Since the start of the second season, it has been possible to transfer experience between users, which will definitely add dynamism in the future. I like the current balance of the system: by choosing between NFT or validation, we automatically burn part of our accumulated points. Now, earnings are available to everyone through simplified mechanics, and points are not left idle they are actively spent on publishing reviews, participating in daily activities, and other actions. I am completely calm about the future of Ethos with this person.
