“Caught being very deceitful about his advisory board for $KLED”Avi's post about his Advisory board was meant to help pump his project and ultimately lead to him losing a lot of credibility in the process. He posted a pic of their advisory board, with 10 or so people on it. Apparently some of the advisors didn't even know they were a part of the project - Avi had relaunched his company since those advisors had been onboarded. I feel like he was posting it to flex the names of people who are helping him, but it backfired. Cobie recognized some of the names and reached out to them, and they said they were unfamiliar with what Avi was up to. I think Avi has lost a considerable amount of trust from his holders an users and wanted to use this review to document somethings on chain Original thread w/ cobie: https://x.com/annaecryptox/status/1936177508656791840 Response from Avi: https://x.com/avipat_/status/1936175014166110380 > Want to address the rumors directly. > First off, if anyone wants to see the signed advisor agreements, DM me. I’ll respond to larger names and publicly share contracts as needed. > We started Nitrility over three years ago. It's a music licensing marketplace that’s been growing fast and operates entirely separate from anything Web3. > Kled is our next licensing play, and from day one, I’ve been extremely clear: Kled is a Nitrility company. It shares the same investors, team, and infrastructure. It’s not a separate entity. > 90% of our advisors were already aware of this. Others, found out through the K5 post and even commented on it positively. > Then came a wave of FUD. A few advisors started receiving thousands of messages filled with lies and narrative-spun misinformation. As a result, 1 advisor has pulled out completely, and another no longer wants to be associated publicly. > I have nothing to hide.on Avi Patel · 923· 1y ago · negative127
