“Urgent Complaint and Request for Account Deletion Option”Hello I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using the Etos application. My account has been slashed, all of my points are gone, and there is currently no way to delete my account from the app. This is unacceptable. As a user I should not be forced to stay in a project especially after such a negative experience simply because a basic feature like “Delete Account” has been ignored. Losing all points without a clear recovery path, combined with the absence of an account deletion option, reflects very poorly on the project’s user first claims. Frankly, after this experience, I have no interest in continuing with this project and want my account removed immediately. Providing a clear and accessible account deletion feature is a basic standard not an optional improvement. I strongly urge you to add this functionality as soon as possible and address this issue seriously.
