From 721 activities · Mar 2026Serpin is the founder and CEO of Ethos Network, a reputation and accountability platform built on-chain to combat sybils, scammers, and bad actors in crypto. A 12-year product leader with experience at Atlassian, HouseCallPro, and as an early hire at Message.io (YC W16), he brings deep expertise in product, security, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Known for hands-on community engagement, transparent communication, and uncompromising commitment to building trust through economic incentives and measurable reputation—he actively vouches for credible users, slashes bad actors with evidence, and iterates on Ethos mechanics based on real user behavior. Consistently praised for his work ethic, accessibility despite being CEO, and vision of making crypto more human-centered and trustworthy.

1694sellhalfandholdthreedaysonacoinwithgoodnarrative.eth24d ago10K WHUF“Founder is kool”and 111 more“Integrity First”I’ve known Serp since the MBs days, and his focus has always been on doing things the right way. Back in FT spaces, we often said that once the hype faded, only those true to their word would remain and we were right. It’s no surprise he built ETHOS, because this space truly needs it.

ThreeEyedOracle · 1307· 1y ago37“legendary builder”his confidence in himself and his product changed the way people see Socialfi and put Ethos on top of all the other Socialfi platforms. Serp is also a very well-spoken, positive and open-minded person. I love what he's doing and I love how he's doing it. much props to this king!

karcharodon · 1436· 1y ago37“Serpin got that rare builder grind mixed with venture smarts, not just hype, one of the best”I have been following Serpin for some time now, and honestly, the guy mixes real hands-on building with sharp venture thinking. his spaces feel more like real conversations than scripted shilling, and he drops insights that actually stick. no fake polish, just straight thoughts, updates, and connections that keep the feed worth checking every time. For me one of the best projects in Web3 is Ethos.

He’s building tools for transparency and trust, always engaged with the community Special thanks for supporting my posts! It really means a lot to me, especially since I don’t have a big following yet. It’s awesome when people like him notice and support others Much respect!

Paone · 1301· 1y ago37“Trust matters and he's building it”I really like what he’s been building so far. Reputation and trust are crucial in Web3, and his product finally gives us a transparent way to see who’s credible and who’s not. It’s a step in the right direction for the entire Web3 space.

Seva · 1500· 1y ago37“No introduction needed”Really thankful for what Serpin has created with this platform. It's great to see a founder being active and constantly engaging with the community, rare these days sadly. Hoping for Ethos' future success, and with Serpin at the front I don't see how this will not be a hit.

Deebs DeFi 🛰 · 1436· 1y ago37“Everything you'd want in a founder”Serpin responded to my early musings about using a reputation system in a hypothetical onchain platform and ever since, I've learned that Ethos has a humble founder who not only can build, but is willing to listen to advice/criticism and takes time to engage people both in the community and outwith. Much more positive than the standard outspoken self-bulls or those focussed only on tech and nothing else. Also allows himself to be roasted on a Space as well! All this all positive for the future of Ethos.
