A consistent and respected Web3 builder known for early-stage opportunity spotting and alpha gem hunting. Shaq brings genuine energy to the space—reliable, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful content over hype—while balancing community engagement with a full-time role and family life. His straightforward, unpolished approach and willingness to share honest takes have earned trust across the ecosystem, though his brash and sometimes rough tone isn't for everyone.

“Shaq is No.1”Where can I start, one of the hardest working people I know in web3, you know when you just know someone is a really good guy, thats Shaq. Balancing a hectic irl and a potentially even more hectic Web3 life, he does it with ease. Putting his all into alphagems, he has helped create a fun and amazing base/home for a lot of people. Who are extremely appreciative of him

“Crypto Dad”ShaqXBT blends the energy of crypto with the grounded side of being a dad, never letting the noise of Web3 drown out real life. He’s curious about new platforms and ideas, but his tone stays approachable and genuine, making him feel more like a friend sharing thoughts than a degen chasing hype

“great guy”He’s honestly one of the best guys out there. Gave me the chance to be part of Gem’s Discord, and I wouldn’t be here without him — I truly appreciate that. Always hardworking, always bringing good vibes, and committed to his craft. Even as a father, he still shows up with consistency and dedication. His genuine nature and hard work make him such a valuable part of the community

“Very strong NFT degen”If you check my reposts of mints and his, you’ll see we ape into the same drops. That made me think this guy either really knows his stuff or he’s plugged into some sharp researcher community. Before that I didn’t know much about him, but after digging into his page I see he’s hustling hard and spinning up all kinds of communities. One of them, “Alpha Gems,” caught my eye I subbed right away and gonna keep watching. Always sick to be in a community with the same degen mindset.

“OG Web3”He's the papa on alpha gems, shaq is very famous, and a good mentor to everyone on alpha gems. Shaq is a living legend, kind, humble and really a family man

“Pure enjoyer”Shaq is the one of the funniest people in Web3, joking around, having fun with gems and helping others while being I think the best dad. Being able to spend time with family and grind hard in Web3 one of the hardest things in my opinion. He is doing it perfectly. Many people call him the best COO, but I will call him the best balancer

“A Mentor and a Genuinely Good Man”Shaq is a true gem. He's a mentor to many, always helping out with a fantastic energy. He's kind, respectful, and professional. What stands out is that he doesn't have to prove anything to anyone; his respect is earned. He's an inspiring figure and a genuinely good man who puts his community first.
