Honestly, it’s an incredible chain fast, cheap, and highly reliable. That’s exactly why so many projects want to build on Base (even ETHOS itself relies on it). There’s also been a long-standing rumor that Base might eventually launch its own governance token to be used for gas fees, potentially distributed to the community via an airdrop. Personally, I don’t use Base expecting an airdrop but if they ever decide to launch one, I’d probably be well positioned to benefit!

I’ve been accumulating their points for over 8 months, and although it’s true that due to an error I didn’t receive the first $GRASS token airdrop which was absolutely massive and helped many people capitalize I believe the second airdrop will also be worth it. I follow their updates daily, and their team is truly top-notch!

While the UX could sometimes be smoother, overall, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made to protect my funds.

Instead of delivering, they launched a strange campaign asking people to deposit funds. Finally, the airdrop was diluted and ended up being worthless.

However, the surprise turned out to be even bigger than with the Eclipse airdrop. It’s not that it was a bad airdrop no, it’s that 95% of us didn’t receive anything at all. Unbelievable.
