Ama Bu Haksızlık Öyle Değil mi ?”Donut projesinde yollarımız kesişti ve bizde işler malum: pazara kadar değil, mezara kadar. 😄 Yiğit, projeyelere katıldığı andan itibaren yalnızca varlığıyla bile topluluğa ciddi bir değer katıyor. Sürekli emek veren, insan ilişkileri güçlü, naif ama bir o kadar da tutarlı yaklaşımıyla Donut topluluğunu daha kaliteli bir seviyeye taşıyor. Topluluk için gösterdiği özveri, insanî değerlerinin ne kadar yüksek olduğunun açık bir göstergesi. Bu yönünü gerçekten takdir ediyor ve çok beğeniyorum. Herkesle saygılı, yapıcı ve motive edici bir iletişim kuruyor; bu da projeye olan bağlılığı daha da güçlendiriyor. Cüzdan sıralamam milyonlar arasında 270’lerde olmasına rağmen, Discord ve Twitter’daki yerel topluluklarda maruz kaldığım ego, dışlama ve kayırmacılık kabul edilebilir değildi. Kendi azınlık topluluğunu bile mutlu edemeyen, emeğin karşılığını adil şekilde dağıtamayan bir yapı görmedim. Bunu defalarca dile getirmeme rağmen, hakkımın yenildiğini açıkça hissediyorum. Üstelik bu durumun farkında olduğum için bazı kişilere, beni tanıdıklarını söylemeden yollarına devam etmelerini özellikle tavsiye ettim. Buna rağmen, benden çok daha az emek veren kişilere tavsiye usulü roller ve ödüller dağıtıldı. Bu noktada ister istemez şu soruyu soruyorum: Projenin asıl sahiplerinin bu yaşananlardan haberi var mı, yoksa proje tamamen teslim edildiği eller tarafından mı bu şekilde yönetiliyor? Bunu hâlâ çözebilmiş değilim. Merkeziyetsizlik iddiası altında, yalnızca birbirini destekleyen dar bir çevreye alan açan; şeffaflıktan uzak, kapalı ve merkezî bir yapı inşa edildiğine şahit oldum. Ekip yöneticilerinin canlı yayınlarda kullandığı ahlak dışı üslup, airdrop kazanabilmek uğruna Telegram ve X’te yapılan aşırı, sapkın ve utanç verici paylaşımlar, benim kripto ve Web3 vizyonumla asla örtüşmedi. Kriptoyu; değer, özgürlük ve adalet üzerine kurulu bir alan olarak görürken, bu sürecin böylesi bir yozlaşmaya evrilmesi gerçekten sarsıcıydı. Bu yaşadıklarım, özellikle Monad ile birlikte kriptoya olan inancımın ciddi şekilde zedelenmesine neden oldu. Emek verenin değil, en çok bağıranın; katkı sunanın değil, doğru kişiyi tanıyanın kazandığı bir düzen, Web3’ün ruhuna ihanettir. Bu yazı bir karalama değil; kırgınlığımın, hayal kırıklığımın ve hakkımın yenildiğine dair güçlü bir eleştirinin ifadesidir. Umarım birileri bu satırları okur ve gerçekten merkeziyetsiz, adil ve ahlaklı bir topluluk inşa etmenin ne anlama geldiğini yeniden düşünür. Bu paylaşımı yapmak beni hala rahatlatmayacak çünkü çok basit ve anlaşılması mümkün olmayan mobinge maruz kaldığımı net biliyorum dilerim bu yazdıklarımı okuyan ve yaşadıklarıma tanık olan kişiler bunun doğruluğu hakkında destek vereceklerdir yada aldıkları az ödülle haksızlıklara göz yumacaklardır.
