Cross-chain support and token trading add flexibility, while navigation feels simpler both on desktop and mobile. I like that it feels less cluttered than before and quicker to load. These updates make it easy to keep coming back to browse and track new drops, it finally feels like the platform has caught up with how people actually use it.

But the airdrop seriously damaged community trust. Yeah, we all can see the sentiment and this flood of negative reviews. Many long-term users who minted and paid high fees expected proportional rewards, but distribution felt opaque and insiders seemed to benefit most. I believe this doesn’t take away from Zora’s technical strengths or overall vision. BUT their approach to token events needs serious work!! Not sure how they'll rebuild their credibility and reverse failed expectations.

Infinex stands out because it feels like they’ve actually listened to those frustrations and rebuilt the experience from scratch. Swidge (swap + bridge) especially surprised me. The way they’ve integrated features like staking, trading, and even account abstraction makes it feel closer to a full-stack financial layer than a single product. I’m not saying it’s perfect. There are still areas I’m watching, like how they’ll handle scaling as more users pile in, or whether they can keep this balance between simplicity and self-custody over time. But yes, maybe this is how onchain finance is supposed to feel.
