“Professional Businessman | Web3 Entrepreneur, Analyst, Investor | Chicken Farmer”I met Andy in the Research trenches at vVv. He was a newer addition to our Research Crew, but made such a significant impact with his feedback and input regarding the current projects we were looking to invest in at that time. Andy is very good at evaluating a project's weaknesses and overall premise/narrative. He has the mindset to understand how relevant a project is now versus the future and the ability to recognize their unique metas and any underlying narrative(s) that carry them. Andy is an experienced businessman and is the utmost professional. He is great at making connections and communicating with other people. He also has a kind heart, very patient, and has a great sense of humor. He is serious when he has to be, but always a pleasure to be around. Andy pushed me to become a better researcher. I learned alot from him, especially on his methodology and reasoning in how he evaluated projects. I also learned that some things can only be taught through experience. Andy has been busy with Fusion7 and Pindora and I am grateful to still be actively involved with him and our research crew. “Insightful Basement Degen and Tradoor”In NT, there is a gated channel where only the most degens of degens gathered called the basement. This place was led by Damage, one of the NT basement mods. With his oversight and active involvement, he created a culture where various topics (like web3 projects, investments, trading ideas, NFTs, people, criticisms, etc) could be discussed honestly and openly. He also contributed a great deal of value in this place by sharing his trading setups/ideas as well as any coins he was watching. Damage has a unique talent for identifying metas early and understood how they played out in their overall narratives. He was the one of the first people I met who started looking at meme coins on emerging chains before memes exploded. He is also very critical of any web3 projects and hearing things from his perspective often helped people who were on the fence when deciding to buy into in a project or token. Damage is also an experienced and successful trader and would often share his trading ideas with us. On the outside, Damage might appear to be super bearish. But in reality, he's just very risk adverse and gives considerable thought before taking any actions. He is a good guy with only the best intentions.

“Expert Graphic Art Designer, Business Professional | Web3 Investor/Trader/Research Analyst”It is very difficult to stand out in any creative industry because to be successful, a combination of technical skills plus creativity and imagination are necessary. There is a degree of talent that cannot be taught and is what helps give an artist their unique voice and style. Pandora has the perfect combination of technical skills and artistic creativity developed from years of professional experience. This is part of the reason why she has been involved in numerous web3 projects and continuously sought after. She is a true Graphic Artist and Product Design Professional and I consider her one of the most talented people in her field. Pandora is also a very underrated Web3 Research Analyst. She is active in the web3 space and has incredible foresight in recognizing emerging narratives and identifying underlying themes/concepts in the crypto space. I met her in NT when I was active as an L2 Researcher in the Research Lab evaluating Web3 Gaming projects. She was part of NT’s Design Team and directly responsible for creating NT's Research Report Templates. Since then, we have collaborated on several projects and I often reach out to her when needing Product Design and Art consultation. Pandora is an utmost professional, very easy to work with, and is a kind, funny, and very sincere person. I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths and call her my friend. I have nothing but <3 for her.

“Social and Marketing Guru | Expert Research Analyst”Koko was another L2 researcher I met in the NT Research Lab (RL). She was part of another L2 team, but I would often see her name when peer reviewing reports. Not a surprise because she had a very high, if not, the highest output of all L2 researchers. She was a machine and extremely active in the RL, always giving feedback and suggestions for improvement. When reviewing her reports, Koko would often highlight and comment on things that I would not think to look at twice. She gave a unique perspective which is so crucial when evaluating any project. And she was often critical of a project's social and marketing strategy. When creating NGMI Lab, I recruited Koko to be part of our team and she became the Director of our Social and Marketing Division. She had an incredible charisma around her and made connections so easily. She was very good at public speaking and a beast at content creation. I learned so much from her and is currently taking her talents at GOAT Gaming. So grateful to have crossed paths and consider her a very close friend. <3

“Beast at Engagement Farming”The only beast this account is good at is engagement farming. Greed and FOMO are used to entice people active in trading and investing in web3 to follow this account. The account will post about 1) calls made on coins that have made multiples, 2) cash giveaways for followers, 3) speculative statements on market direction, market predictions, and trading ideas, and 4) flaunting wealth by showing very large account balances held in wallets. This account is part of the garbage that needs to be filtered out by using a platform like Ethos. These types of accounts are dangerous and should be flagged because posts are manipulative, extremely speculative, offer little value, and claims of giveaways cannot be verified.
