A polarizing Bitcoin developer and co-founder of Taproot Wizards known for sharp, witty commentary on Ordinals and on-chain innovation. Supporters praise his technical depth, bold contrarian takes, and ability to challenge Bitcoin maximalism and crypto tribalism with humor and insight. Critics accuse him of extracting millions through hyped mint campaigns (Quantum Cats, Taproot Wizards) with minimal delivery, fuding the protocols he launched on, and using controversy for attention—a pattern some compare to other known grifters in the space. A slash on Ethos and repeated allegations of unfulfilled promises complicate an otherwise influential presence in Bitcoin culture.

“Udi top founder”Udi has clearly had a real impact single-handedly in the Ordinals ecosystem. The launch of his Quantum Cats collection was a major spotlight on Ordinals. He and his team never stop working, especially on OP_CAT. Udi is a true builder, and no one can say otherwise. Thank you for being here in this ecosystem with us. Already met him in real life at a Taproot Wizards event, which was just magical. Wizard to the moon.

“EFFICIENT AND AVAILABLE”As a user who loves to give feedback and complaints a lot (I will d better), I can confirm that every single time i have needed support for issues on the Taproot NFTs like images not displaying after I bought my nft for example, Udi has always being available to answer me within minutes, despite my account being a little one with no traction. He does not discriminate and always offers his help where I need it
