“Nikakoj triaski”We've been talking to him for so long that it's hard to remember where we actually met. But I think it was Sahara, where we worked actively. You know what impresses me about him? It's his creativity and talent for creating incredible art. I admire them with delight. He has a good sense of humor, and communication with him is always easy and open

“Alpha caller in tg, talented artist, funny guy and skillful gamer”The guy who loves fishing and smash carts. I met him in Sentient while we were playing Ukrainian community events. There is a game Smash carts and he's the most skillful player, if he'd like to win he'll get it, I personally played against him. Kesha has such a good sense of humor, sometimes it wasn't easy to stop laughing at something he told us

“Smash karts legend”What can I say about Vadym? I’ve known him for quite a while, and honestly, he’s the kind of guy who becomes the soul of any group. Always responsible, always jumping into projects (seriously, try to find one he’s not part of haha) and always pushing for more. Most people know him as the Smash Karts king, and I can back that up, since I’ve been playing with him in Story for two months straight. I could go on and on, but I’ll just keep it simple: I’m genuinely glad to know him.

“true community leader”know vadim from chat in telegram, where we met some time ago and since then i follow his moves he is working in a lot of diff projects always sharing practical updates about Seismic features and making complex stuff simple for newcomers. ngl his breakdown posts hit different when youre trying to understand new protocols met him irl at a crypto meetup in august and we talked about Sahara project where he used to host. tbh guy has been in the trenches for a while and it shows. no bs, just real insights about whats actually worth your time his discord game is strong too. always helping people get roles and sharing alpha in telegram chats. been watching his moves for months now and he doesnt waste time with garbage projects vadim keeps it real in this space full of larpers. if youre looking for someone who actually builds instead of just talking, this is your guy solid recommend for anyone serious about web3

“An active guy who has weight in crypto community”I know this guy from X & TG, and noticed him in many projects in leadership roles (community/region lead, ambassador). In his CIS TG, can also find a lot of interesting info about crypto projects. It seems like he sits at PC around the clock and in X :D Keep it up!

“One of the most valuable contributors”I've been following Vadim's work since early 2025, and it's been a pleasure to see his dedication firsthand. We've had the opportunity to collaborate on a number of projects, including Sentient, Seismic, Linera, and Zama. In every project, he consistently takes on high-level, specific roles and often steps into a leadership position. It’s clear he’s an expert in his field, and his guidance has been an invaluable asset to every team we’ve worked with. He’s a true professional in the crypto space.

“From the afterparty straight into alpha”Through mutual friends in the crypto crowd we met at a bar after the meetup. What I liked from minute one: he skipped the fluff and in 2 minutes found overlap on interests - what I farm, which chains I track, which tools I use. Then he got practical. Instead of “drop your Telegram,” he immediately suggested swapping resources and contacts: analytics sheets, useful channels, a couple of insider chats. In parallel he dropped a story from his own quests and airdrops that fit perfectly. Not theory, but concrete steps - what to click, where not to burn gas, how not to get banned for dumb moves. The best part happened that same night: he plugged me straight into a group chat with the right people. No “I’ll text tomorrow,” no pause. Context turned into action, and a hello turned into value. Plus he’s got solid humor and on-point memes, so the convo doesn’t feel like a dry manual.
