Influential Web3 and NFT voice on crypto Twitter with a large following, known for consistent content on market trends, project analysis, and early-stage opportunities. However, reputation is significantly damaged by undisclosed paid promotions—most notably receiving $8,000 USDC to promote the Trove ICO, which later collapsed as a scam. This led to a formal slash on Ethos with 92.5% community support. Pattern of undisclosed ads, deleted posts after projects failed, and collaborations with questionable projects (DeepNode, others) without clear disclosure undermine credibility despite acknowledgment of past mistakes and some supporters' belief he has learned from them.

“Based Guy Fs”I hv been following n supporting Wale from quiet a few years now n not even once i felt like he’s having wrong take abt any proj/niche/incident. In my exp, most imp thing in web3 is to surround urself with the right people n ofc connect/support them, while Wale is one of the most preferable person imho. On top of his dedication n conviction for nfts, his content writing for projs is also v helpful :) So I highly recommend anyone who isn’t following him to start doing so, we hv v few people like Wale in our space for now ;) Based Guy Fs :)ReadyToFly📊 🦾 · 1291· 1y ago11

“Wale”Wale is one of those rare Web3 creators who is truly worth following. His threads on NFTs and crypto are always clear and packed with valuable information. He doesn’t chase hype, but shares knowledge that genuinely helps navigate the industry. His work with Azuki and his active audience show that he is deeply involved in the growth of Web3. If you want to get accurate and trustworthy information about NFTs and crypto, Wale is definitely someone to follow.0xIlysha⚡ · 1216· 1y ago13

“The Pen Moves Faster Than The Chain”No one moves quicker when news breaks, and few can match the depth of his analysis. Every piece he writes draws you in—not just with style, but with substance. His ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives is unmatched. In a space flooded with noise, his voice consistently delivers value. Hands down, my favorite writer in Web3.Chr0nicle · 1340· 1y ago13
