“A CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FRAUD”Allegedly Sun filed his lawsuit in California, claiming fraud, coercion, conversion, and breach of contract. He alleged that WLFI used his frozen tokens as leverage to force him to promote the project's stablecoin, which he refused to do. And by mere looking at the chart of their token the crime scene could not go unnoticed. Avoid as much as possible their are not friend with investors. STAY SAFU

“There is no trust.”A project can slap the word “decentralized” everywhere, but when the same small circle controls governance, treasury decisions, and token supply, it stops looking like DeFi and starts looking like a private club. Lately, too many proposals seem to benefit insiders first while the community is left with empty promises. Add in the constant favoritism around team selections and massive token concentration among politically connected wallets, and the entire structure becomes difficult to trust. The recent legal pressure surrounding some of the ecosystem’s biggest backers only raises more questions about transparency and sustainability. At some point people need to ask themselves whether these platforms are actually building open finance or simply using hype and politics as an extraction strategy. In my opinion, projects tied too heavily to political figures rarely end well for regular users. The attention disappears, insiders cash out, and the community is left holding the bag.

Идея звучит круто, но исполнение как это часто бывает, хромает. плюс вопросы вызывают инсайдерские продажи токенов, принудительные локи для ранних инвесторов (сюрприииз!). пока что реального "вау-эффекта" мало, виден только маркетинг. Следить интересно ради общего рынка и Трамп-фактора, но как инвестиция это может оказаться слишком рискованно и политизировано

USD1 stablecoin, lending sistemi ve AI agent tools kısmı gerçekten dikkat çekici. Ama unlock süreçleri, insider satışları ve merkezi yapı eleştirileri de boş değil. When a project claims to be community-driven, every major decision should create confidence not confusion, backlash, and questions about who truly benefits. From what I’ve seen, this proposal feels less like protecting creating advantages for a select inner circle.
