Received · 18Given · 89“any KYC = privacy risk.”It looks like a MiCA compliant crypto fundraising / ICO platform (merit based allocations, pre-token sales etc.). backed by VanEck, Kraken, Coinbase Ventures etc., they run actual sales (e.g. recent Squid one with big deposits via Legion + Kraken Launch), have 350k+ verified users claimed & the account posts normal project updates, Q&As, allocation results. KYC is required (normal for regulated EU style token sales / compliance). They use a 3 rd party KYC provider Legion/Squid don’t handle the docs themselves according to team replies. That is standard but yes, Crypto has had many real KYC provider leaks over the years (ID, passports, addresses exposed). Privacy concern is fair, A few people complain about KYC requirements or rejections too.
