Traces stolen funds, identifies scammers, and publishes detailed investigations that educate the community and protect users from losses—work that has earned widespread respect as essential to crypto's safety and transparency. “Web3 FBI”Zach is a true legend if there’s ever going to be someone deserving of that title, it’s unquestionably him. His relentless work in uncovering criminals and bad actors in Web3 has consistently proven to be nothing short of extraordinary. What makes it even more remarkable is that he doesn’t ask for payment; he does it purely out of personal dedication and a genuine desire to protect the space. In a world where most of us if not all are here to make money, his selflessness stands out as rare and admirable. Zach isn’t just a legend; he’s a guardian of the community, a figure who should be compensated, celebrated, and held in the highest regard.

“Blockchain’s Unofficial Sheriff”ZachXBT is best known as one of the crypto world's most respected and feared independent investigators. Working solely under a pseudonym, ZachXBT has established a track record of relentless, data-intensive investigations that follow tainted money through blockchains and reveal the faces of those responsible for scams, hacks, and rug-pulls. His investigations have spawned real-world results, including assisting in recovering millions of dollars worth of pilfered NFTs and revealing the faces of the culprits behind the $1.46 billion Bybit hack of the Lazarus Group and behind sophisticated social-engineering scams. Famous for his unyielding focus on details, objective reporting, and refusal to back down from outside pressure, ZachXBT pursues a unique blend of technical expertise and moral courage. Anonymous as part of his arsenal, ZachXBT brings his focus solely on applying transparency and accountability in a world where trust is all too scarce the reason why his name has come to be associated as a true watchdog of the Web3 community.

“The hero web3 didn't know it need”Zach is probably one of the few people who have the knowledge and skills to debunk the biggest scams of the Web3/crypto space. His investigations are definitely moving Web3 forward by putting responsibility and accountability at the center of the story. One thing's for sure: we need Zach and we need more Zachs if we want a better future.

“Web3's mystery-solving detective”He has uncovered countless stories of how projects, VCs, and investors were harmed using dirty wallets to expose fraud and blacklisting within Web3, and continues to do so. He is the best on-chain tracker I've ever seen.

“One of the best Web3 watchdog”If you follow the crypto world, whether you use Defi or Cex, whether you are a mere spectator or a million-dollar smart money, you should definitely follow ZachXBT. One of the most famous onchain analysts, he is considered one of the best in this field. Rugpulls, scams, more sophisticated hacker attacks (I remember the one at Bybit for example) Zach is always at the forefront to catch the bad guys!

“ZachXBT is a guardian who’s making the space safer one thread at a time”I think is that his razor-sharp investigations and relentless pursuit of scammers make him a vital force for keeping the ecosystem honest. I think his knack for digging into on-chain data and exposing bad actors with crystal-clear evidence is nothing short of heroic, and it’s why I consider him a must-follow for anyone serious about staying safe in crypto. What really blows me away is how he combines deep technical skills with a genuine drive to protect the community. I read one of his threads exposing a sketchy NFT project, and the way he laid out wallet trails, transaction patterns. His posts, like the one breaking down a $2M scam recovery, aren’t just about calling out the bad guys—they’re a masterclass in transparency that helps regular users like me navigate Web3 smarter. I believe his selfless approach, never shying away from naming names or risking backlash, shows he’s in it for the greater good, not clout. His work, from tracking rug pulls to recovering funds for victims, proves he’s the kind of voice we need in Web3.
