An independent on-chain investigator renowned for exposing crypto scams, rug pulls, hacks, and bad actors through meticulous blockchain forensics and evidence-based research. Traces stolen funds, identifies scammers, and publishes detailed investigations that educate the community and protect users from losses—work that has earned widespread respect as essential to crypto's safety and transparency. One concern raised involves selective justice, with perceptions that smaller players face quicker scrutiny than powerful actors.

“The detective that is always on the case”While I don't always follow ZachXBT posts; He does pop up from time to time in my feeds and am grateful for such talented individuals like Zach who will go into the forensics of the blockchain, dig deeper and try to figure out what happened with many of these scams and rugs and exploits. Zach does it for the right reasons... to help protect us all. Especially after he got scammed himself, which lead him down his current path. Keep up the good work, we greatly appreciate it and thank you :)

“great impact in web3 security”Zach has been the go to in recent time for secuity rescue in stuff like hacks, he has also been a whistleblower for some case whereby a shady project rebrands to be a new project in aim of rugging the community. We have seen him times without numbers calling these projects out and also making the community trusting his comment on a project credibility which i think he's built for himself a reputation.

“A crypto robinhood”watching all transactions on all chains in parallel and explaining to web3 users what's going on and why. Web3 paladin!

“On-chain Batman”3 years into Web3 right now, and I can confirm that you won't see a bad review about Zach. He's saved so many people on-chain by discovering crypto robbery rings, exposing bad actors, tracking almost lost funds, and calling out authorities misusing power given to them.

“This city needs its own hero.”An excellent onchain detective who comes to the rescue when projects get hacked. He explains his analyses very clearly, often with visuals. A very helpful account, he's already helped many over time.

“One of the main voices in the space”The fact that he is an advisor of tier 1 vc in web3 says it all tbh. I think this is a guy who shouldn't be featured because you should definitely have seen him somewhere in praise or criticism of the project with hundreds of thousands of views in posts. I think half of CT is following his actions or listening to tips

“Crypto’s Unofficial Onchain Watchdog”@zachxbt has become a pillar of accountability in the crypto ecosystem uncovering scams, tracing stolen funds, and holding bad actors responsible with a level of precision and courage few are willing to match. In a space that often lacks transparency, Zach brings receipts. What makes Zach’s work so vital isn’t just the investigations it’s the independence, the dedication to facts, and the willingness to speak truth to power, even when it’s unpopular. His threads consistently provide the kind of onchain forensics and research that protect users and elevate the standard of integrity across Web3. If crypto is to thrive long-term, it needs more than innovation it needs people like @zachxbt who are unafraid to ask the hard questions and shine light where others won't. A true asset to the community.
