From 475 activities · Apr 2026ZachXBT is a widely respected independent on-chain investigator who exposes crypto scams, rug pulls, hacks, and stolen funds through meticulous blockchain forensics and detailed evidence-based research. Known for tracing wallets, identifying bad actors, and helping victims recover assets, they have built a reputation for rigorous, fact-driven work that prioritizes transparency and community protection over hype or popularity. While nearly universally praised for integrity and impact, one review raises concerns about selective justice and unequal scrutiny of powerful versus smaller players.

Donsie · 1255· 1y ago21“If you are a crypto scammer, you will definitely encounter ZachXBT.”I have been following him for a long time. Zach is a king who is a helper of the community exposing names sharing details of any scam happening in Crypto. He is a rare person who has so far exposed major stock market scams, people who steal money in defi hacks, people who make projects and scam people, people who scam VCs one by one.

Uzman · 1317· 1y ago21“The real web3 detective”Without Zach I believe some bad actors in the space would have made away with stolen funds and rekt people forever. We need more people like Zach in the space and I’m very proud of all of his work.

Lucre · 1225· 1y ago21“From Doubt to Trust My Journey with ZachXBT’s Work”I have been following ZachXBT since the Luna collapse. At first I misunderstood him I used to wonder why he was always blaming others but later I realized he was actually warning us. Sadly I ignored those warnings and ended up taking losses. Over time I saw how accurately he tracks everything presenting it in a simple easy to understand format to me it’s like a blueprint. What makes it even more impressive is that he is doing all this non profit with no one asking him to. He even shares detailed threads to explain the scams clearly. It is like he is actively cleaning up Web3. One of my favorite things about his work is how he tracks rug pull projects that later relaunch under new names and he exposes them clearly on X. Thanks to that many people became aware of what is happening behind the scenes. Even big cases like the Bybit hack which happened months ago he is still tracking. He never gives up. He keeps watching everything. That dedication is rare. We all appreciate your work Zach. I’m always keeping an eye on your posts you are one of the few people truly protecting the space

samsa · 1263· 1y ago21“Based & Hilarious”Zach has been a breath of fresh air in the space, ratioing everyone on some of cryptos most iconic moments. You can be sure that anytime someone is about to be owned, Zach will be there to make the moment even funnier. That aside, his investigative prowess is a great addition-he has called out some of the biggest ruggers in the bitcoin and ethereum space since 2020.
