Received · 1Given · 4“My Negative Experience with Seeker Solana Mobile and How Irresponsible Customer Support Made Me Lose Money”I want to share my very disappointing story with the Solana Mobile phone order. I placed a preorder and paid a significant amount of money. In May this year, Solana Mobile announced that customers needed to confirm their orders in their personal accounts. However, when I logged in, my order wasn’t there. I immediately started looking for support and trying to find official contacts. Unfortunately, during that search I came across scammers. My wallet was hacked, and around $1,500 was stolen. It was devastating - I was extremely upset and even cried because instead of getting my phone, I ended up losing money. This whole situation shook my trust in crypto. Still, I kept trying to get help and justice. I wrote messages in different places: on Discord, on the official Solana Mobile website (where I opened tickets with transaction hashes and screenshots attached), but all of them were just closed as “resolved” without any real answer. Friends even shared with me the support email addresses where they got their Solana Mobile confirmations, but when I reached out, I got no reply at all. In the end - no money, no phone, and no proper support. As a customer, this is an extremely negative experience and it badly hurts Solana’s reputation. At this point, I’m not even asking for my money back anymore. I just hope that at the very least I will receive the phone I already paid for. Unfortunately, after all this, I can no longer recommend Solana to my friends or colleagues - even though I once had very high hopes for this community.

Since I am relatively new to crypto, and especially to testnets, it was hard to know who to trust. I also didn’t have much knowledge at the time.I didn’t participate in the testnet myself, but through activities on exchanges and in the alpha, I received a generous airdrop probably the best one this month. That was a very pleasant surprise. Later on, attractive staking rewards were introduced, which added even more value. I decided not to sell my airdrop and continued using the network - it’s fast, efficient, and inexpensive. Now I’m holding my coins and looking forward to some promising gains in the future. Overall, I can confidently say that this project really impressed me.

Many projects and testnets are launching on this blockchain, often bringing generous airdrops. Unfortunately, at the very beginning of my journey I missed some of them, but after actually using Sui, I realized how fast and efficient it is. Right now, I’m holding SUI tokens, participating in the Sui Movement, and staking my coins. I’ve also minted my Sui Passport. In 2024, I was especially excited about the release of their console, and I didn’t hesitate to order it. I’ve already received my first airdrops and now I’m eagerly waiting for the console to arrive. The Sui team deserves special recognition they are highly responsible and treat their community with care and respect. I strongly recommend this project and truly believe in its bright future. I also hope to keep earning great airdrops without missing them this time.

Every day I completed tasks and believed that it would all be worth it But one day my wallet was hacked. I was in shock and thought that all my efforts were gone. I wrote in Discord, contacted support, and tried to find at least some way out….. And then a miracle happened- the SOMNIA team helped me transfer all my activity to a new wallet Thanks to this, I was able to receive my drop! Yes, because of this situation I missed about two months, when I didn’t participate, I was upset and thought everything was lost. But in the end, I got my drop, and now I continue to actively participate with my new wallet. Thank’s Somnia, for your support and for truly valuing your community
