Instead of delivering on previous commitments, Aethir has made several decisions that seem to go against the interests of their users: 1. Season 3 Cloud Drop – The 1.26B ATH tokens were redirected to the Aethir Digital Asset Treasury. This effectively means the team kept the airdrop for themselves. 2. Edge Tokenomics Changes – The tokenomics for Aethir Edge devices have been changed multiple times, each time worsening the position of Edge owners. This creates instability and undermines trust. 3. Season 2 Airdrop Lock – Tokens from the Season 2 airdrop were locked 100% for 12 months, even though they were supposed to be automatically staked. The promised staking mechanism was never actually launched.

However, they do not keep their promises. The airdrop described in their tokenomics was a lie. The tokens that were supposed to be distributed in Season 2 were instead issued as a token called eATH, which has little to no value. If you swap it immediately, its value drops to roughly one-tenth. Moreover, they stated that staking rewards for eATH would begin in Q4 2025, but this was also untrue—staking does not provide the promised rewards. In addition, tokens that were originally planned for the Season 3 airdrop were unilaterally redirected by Aethir to establish a treasury company. As a result, the community was made to work without compensation for eight months in anticipation of the Season 3 airdrop, only for the project to change the tokenomics right before the scheduled distribution date. This project is full of lies, constant delays, and broken promises. Even when something is promised, it is repeatedly changed—or simply disappears altogether.

They’re clearly focused on real AI and gaming workloads, not memes, and their comms make a complex space feel accessible. The mix of enterprise-grade tech and open, community-driven vision makes AethirCloud one of the few crypto/infra projects that actually feels like a serious business with long-term legs
