Still not sure what going on here Here is a statement of purpose based on the content of the letter of recommendation: ⸻ Statement of Purpose I am applying to the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence program at the University of South Florida with the goal of developing AI-driven solutions to improve cybersecurity. My academic background in Information Science, particularly my experience in the LIS 4204 Information Behaviors course, has prepared me to understand and address the complexities of human-information interaction—an essential perspective for building effective and ethical AI systems. In LIS 4204, I engaged deeply with theories of information behavior, learning how people seek, evaluate, and use information. This understanding significantly influenced my thinking about AI design, particularly in how to create systems that align with real human behaviors. I excelled in research-based assignments that required critical analysis and ethical source evaluation, and I embraced the opportunity to explore generative AI through a visual design assignment using CoPilot/Designer and ChatGPT. This experience highlighted both the power and challenges of AI in educational and practical contexts. My academic performance reflects my commitment to learning and growth. I consistently submitted high-quality work, actively participated in discussions, and went beyond course requirements by completing extra credit assignments. I am driven by curiosity, not just grades, and am dedicated to applying AI to real-world problems—especially in cybersecurity, where my aim is to develop adaptive and reliable systems that protect digital environments through intelligent threat detection and response automation.
