“Failed GameFi project that showed signs of rug behavior”Battle Derby launched with early hype in 2022, claiming to deliver a skill-based PvP game with NFTs and token rewards. The team pushed early token sales and NFT launches, but after fundraising phases ended, development stalled, social channels became inactive, and no playable product materialized. Users reported broken promises, token price collapse, and total silence from the core team , clear red flags that point to a rug or at minimum an abandoned project. With no transparency or accountability, Battle Derby stands as a warning example of GameFi gone wrong.Hieu Truong · 1225· 1y ago · negative14
“Common web3 gaming scenario”It was all like on a template. Promise utility for NFT holders in the game while game is unplayable cuz it’s literally shit. Than launch a token through pre-sale which is now around 0 Nothing to say anymore. Another max extracted and dead web3 gameiFruitz · 1394· 1y ago · negative9
