What I appreciate about projects, and what I consider an indicator of reliability, is how the team builds around it and how it treats its community. On these points, I really appreciate Celo because they offer a lot of updates in governance and social tasks, which makes me use Celo every day. It is a blockchain that is very focused on people and sustainable development.

Its main focus is stablecoin transfers. They are VERY popular in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. As far as I know, the number of users is constantly growing. Their business key is to capture markets with underdeveloped banking (high costs or lack of infrastructure) and provide users with a convenient and cheap option. The focus is on mobile devices, which is very popular in these regions. Some users also use it for DeFi.

ZET · 1535· 5mo ago7“Chain For Fiat”Celo works fine overall, pretty smooth to use and cheap on gas. It’s nice that it’s mobile friendly, sending and receiving feels easy. But outside of that, it doesn’t feel as lively as bigger chains, like there’s not that much going on compared to Solana or Ethereum. Good for simple stuff, but kinda quiet if you’re looking for a lot of action. If you wanna try celo you can bridge from base, Op, eth, or chain you want but i think use OP Stack ecosystem/Superchain is better. Bridge from your chain to celo, you should bridge to celo token becauce celo used celo token for gassfee. Afterthat you can try uniswap or velodrome, just if you wanna increase your web experience.
