He possesses strong integrity and commitment to the project. He's also well-versed in the field, especially when we need to share or ask questions about web3, as he's been in the field for quite some time. He once told me to stay motivated and keep fighting even if the results aren't good now, but we don't know what the future holds, whether things will be good or bad. Positive thinking is the key to developing optimism, according to him.

I have followed him for a long time and read many of his articles as a reference source for my consideration and future decisions. He certainly had a reason for building Ethos. Judging by his track record, he certainly understands the importance of this initiative going forward as a crucial milestone in building positive or negative sentiment toward the subject we wish to address. His ability, derived from intelligence, prudence, and rational thinking, produces high-quality content, threads, and other content, making him a suitable role model for me as a disciplined and insightful figure in the Web3 world. And of course, despite the overwhelmingly positive response to him and from me personally, I hope he remains committed and disciplined in maintaining the quality and critical thinking of Web3 and blockchain.

He never hesitates to give helpful insights, even when the information could easily give him a personal advantage. That kind of openness shows not only his confidence but also his deep sense of friendship and loyalty. You can really feel that he values the people around him, not just the topics being discussed. His expertise in blockchain is undeniable. Each of his posts is filled with clarity and purpose complex ideas are broken down into simple, relatable principles that even beginners can grasp. He has no value if you're busy with Kaito or Cookies; he has no role to play. He's just busy posting photos that he'll follow you back. He does follow you, but then he unfollows you. He also never comments on smaller accounts; he's only focused on his own engagement. My advice is to stay away from this person.

His knowledge of the web3 world is undeniable; he's competent and insightful. As far as I know, he also enjoys weightlifting, a rarity for someone focused on web3 who also actively exercises. His content is also interesting and well-written, and I sometimes use it as a reference for my own. His creativity is quite good when it comes to creating art designs or infographics. Sometimes I think to myself, "Oh, so there's someone like this!" You could visit and befriend him, and you could learn more.

In its whitepaper, Ethos aims to create a financial and social environment grounded in reputation—not just empty opinions, but opinions with real consequences recorded on-chain. The core idea is simple yet powerful: reputation should carry weight. To achieve this, Ethos uses five main mechanisms that shape a person’s or entity’s credibility: review, vouching, slashing, invite & attest, and the final credibility score. Reviews provide open evaluations, vouching signals support backed by stake, slashing acts as a penalty mechanism, invite & attest help maintain network quality, and all of these are summarized into a credibility score as the final indicator. With this structure, Ethos aims to reduce fraud, manipulation, and other harmful activities that are common in the crypto ecosystem. At the very least, users gain an additional signal before deciding to interact with someone. But a fair question remains: what if credibility itself gets manipulated? The Ethos whitepaper addresses this through economic incentive design and relationship-based participation (via invites). Since stake is at risk and slashing is possible, manipulation becomes costly and risky. Reputation is also not based on a single action, but on accumulated interactions over time. What makes Ethos particularly interesting is that it doesn’t just build social features—it attempts to turn reputation into infrastructure that can be used across Web3 applications and platforms. If successful, this could become an important foundation for a safer and more accountable ecosystem.

Unfortunately, these criteria contradict the original concept they had previously communicated. Toward the end, they changed their statement once again. This clearly shows inconsistency and a lack of commitment to their own principles. How can a project claim to be sustainable when its founders and team fail to stand by their own vision? This pattern keeps repeating—illogical decisions are made by those at the top, and the ones who suffer are always the community members who trusted them from the beginning. This should serve as an important lesson for everyone: don’t place blind trust in early promises made by teams that appear to care. In many cases, communities are merely used as engagement tools for promotion and funding. Do deeper research, stay critical, and never place trust without a solid foundation.

From the overall design and approach, they are clearly targeting retail traders with a modern, lightweight, and user-friendly UX. Narratives like zero-fee trading, points, and ecosystem activities also align closely with current DeFi trends, making it easier to attract attention from the crypto community that is currently focused on Hyperliquid. On the potential side, PRJX benefits from entering the market at a fairly strong moment. In crypto, many successful projects are not only driven by technology, but also by being early in a rapidly growing ecosystem. PRJX seems to be aiming for that position. Their community activity also looks fairly active, supported by points systems and campaigns that encourage users to try the platform and stay engaged over time. At the same time, there are still several things that remain unproven, especially regarding long-term sustainability. The “0% fee” model is definitely attractive, but it usually still requires a clear revenue structure to remain sustainable. For now, PRJX still feels like a project primarily focused on building momentum and growing its user base first. Overall, it looks quite interesting as an early ecosystem play, although it still carries considerable risk, like most early-stage DeFi projects.

The most frequent criticism stems from its over-reliance on Trump's reputation rather than the strength of its own technology or ecosystem. You can see this: when news emerges about Trump, they inevitably make these changes. Based on my analysis of data reports, the centralized control, the ability to freeze wallets, and insider dominance have led many long-time crypto users to question whether this project truly deserves the name of decentralized finance. Another frequently highlighted issue is its business structure and tokenomics. Many investors consider the distribution of power in this project too heavily favors internal parties, while the utility of the WLFI token itself remains unclear. Some media outlets have also highlighted how a significant portion of the project's revenue is said to flow to the Trump family, giving the impression that this ecosystem is more focused on monetizing political influence than building long-term crypto infrastructure. Furthermore, their poor treatment of the crypto community often sparks skepticism, as it too closely resembles the pattern of hype projects that rely on public figures to attract significant liquidity. Furthermore, WLFI's relationship with controversial figures like Justin Sun, along with various legal issues and conflicts of interest, have further tarnished its reputation. In essence, we still have many options and do not make this project the focus.

So, users don’t just scroll or post content, but can also perform financial activities directly. In addition, transaction fees are relatively low since it runs on the Base network, making it more friendly for new users who want to explore Web3 without spending too much. Overall, Base App has strong potential, but it’s not fully mature yet. In terms of innovation, it clearly stands out and feels different from typical social media platforms. However, the user experience still feels a bit unstable in some areas. In general, I would rate this app around 3.5 to 4 out of 5, because the idea is solid, but the execution still needs improvement over time. Despite its strengths, Base App also has some noticeable drawbacks. One of the main issues is inconsistent content quality, as many users are more focused on making profits rather than genuine interaction. In addition, there are still occasional bugs, transaction delays, and interface issues. For beginners, the app can feel quite confusing, especially if they are not familiar with crypto and blockchain concepts. In my opinion, Base App is more suitable for users who already have some experience in the crypto space and want to explore social-fi. If you are just looking for a regular social media app, this might not be the most comfortable choice yet. It’s better to use it gradually while learning the features step by step. With proper development, Base App has strong potential to become a more stable and engaging platform in the future.
