Most tweets are just “follow me, I’ll follow you back” or “support me, I’ll support you.” That’s not what a smart follower does - that’s basic clout chasing. “Follower Farmer”I don't like this person. He frequently appears on my feed and offers followers. He has no value if you're busy with Kaito or Cookies; he has no role to play. He's just busy posting photos that he'll follow you back. He does follow you, but then he unfollows you. He also never comments on smaller accounts; he's only focused on his own engagement.
