During our conversation, I learned that he works as a moderator on several projects. And you know, being a moderator is a position that isn't suitable for everyone. It's not enough to just show up, chat, get mod status, and calmly wait for TGE. You need to have specific qualities for this. You have to be stress-resistant, attentive to other people's problems, and always ready to help. You have to be well versed in the project so that you can answer any questions users may have. But you also need to understand that your job is to protect the project you work for, since you chose it. So what am I getting at? Having communicated with Vitaly for quite a long time and observed his work in the chat, I can say that he is one of those people who was born to be a moderator. He is responsible and responsive. And on top of everything else, he creates excellent content about projects on his social media. He was one of those who managed to conquer KaitoAI and get into the top 100 of one of the projects. And that's worth a lot, considering that his Twitter audience isn't that big for the top spots on this platform.

He is calm, honest, and has a contagious enthusiasm for the projects he works on. I watched him work on Aptos, Hyperion, and Echo Protocol. If you've been involved in cryptocurrency for a long time and need a fresh perspective on Web3, you should talk to Alex. You'll definitely like his way of thinking. I also couldn't ignore the illustrations he creates for his posts. I work with 3D myself, and sometimes I lack inspiration or, quite simply, ideas. But after browsing his Twitter page, I can come up with something new and original.

on 0хAlexNFA · 1296· 1y ago8“I’ll Handle Everything”He is my supervisor in the Tabi project. We’ve been working together on the same team for quite a while—since the early days when life on the server was just beginning, all the way to today, as the project prepares for TGE. You know, in everyone’s life there should be a person you can go to with any problem and hear in response, “I’ll handle everything.” Fire_fist doesn’t literally say this phrase, but I know that when it comes to work, I can completely rely on him. I know he’ll read my issue, then either find a solution or get the necessary answers from higher management. He’s incredibly easy and comfortable to talk to, even though we’re from different regions and speak different languages. And this man has nerves of steel. In our work, we often encounter difficult situations, many of which are complex from a moral or ethical standpoint, yet he always finds solutions with exceptional tact. He’s very gentle and friendly, but he can also be straightforward and serious when the situation calls for it. I’m proud to work alongside him on the same team and under his leadership.

on Novadust 💢 · 1277· 1y ago7“Oh, This Is My Love”Web3 games have one key feature: many developers think they can keep players engaged just by offering drops. But that system only really works until the TGE. A lot of projects miss the fundamentals. They’re not just creating another crypto project—they’re creating a game. And to attract players, they simply need a good product. Just look at Apex or Fortnite. Nobody promises drops there. They’re not even Web3. Yet these projects have massive audiences, and players are eager to pay through donations and by buying skins. Speaking about RIFTSTORM—this game genuinely has the potential to become something great. Even in its alpha version, it already looked far better than many games that have been fully released. A quick rundown: you start as one of nine characters, each with unique abilities. Your task is to clear locations of mobs, upgrade and craft weapons, level up your skills, and ultimately defeat the boss. The game offers both solo play and cooperative missions. I don’t know exactly how the team plans to integrate crypto into their product, but I’m very eager to see it. One more thing worth mentioning is their outstanding user support when it comes to bugs. If something doesn’t work, their Discord server staff genuinely tries to help. They’ll make multiple attempts to solve your issue from different angles—you won’t just get a lazy response like “your PC is too weak.” Massive respect to the team for that.

on RIFTSTORM · 1238· 1y ago6“At our first meeting, I thought I was rewatching the TV series Arrow”We met Ras al Ghul in the Wormhole project, but we didn’t start talking right away. He joined the server after me. If I’m not mistaken, it was shortly after the inter-server tournament for the game Kirka had ended. Later, we exchanged a couple of phrases, and everything became clear to me. He belongs to that type of people with whom it’s enjoyable to do absolutely everything — talk, joke, exchange opinions, and of course, work together on projects. In real life, he is actively engaged in sports and dedicates quite a lot of time to it. And on top of that, he cooks wonderfully! I haven’t tried his dishes, of course, but the photos look very appetizing. Even though we’ve been talking on Discord for quite a while now, I only recently subscribed to his Twitter. And his account is a great example of a balance between crypto project insights and fragments of real life. These kinds of accounts are becoming especially popular nowadays because people always want to take at least a little peek behind the scenes — to see who is behind all those posts and what life looks like for the person on the other side of the screen.

on Ras al Ghul · 1268· 1y ago3“You never know where you'll gain and where you'll lose...”We have known Sky for over a year. We met while creating content for the Cyber project. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he quickly got into a closed contributor program. Then we joined the Vooi project together. Well, I joined, and Sky was already an active user there. He is a person with incredible perseverance and endurance, capable of devoting himself to content around the clock. Yes, around the clock. Giving his all to projects. I feel very comfortable communicating with him; he is a kind and very sensitive person. Now we work together as moderators on the Nomina project (rebranded from Omni), and I think we make a great team. I am glad that I met him one day, that we became friends, and that we can completely rely on each other.

on SKYFOR.PF 🌊 · 1268· 1y ago3“Never Give Up”His introduction to crypto didn’t start with the best choice - futures. Unfortunately, without experience in this area, he had to face early setbacks. The first projects he participated in also passed him by when it came to drops. At this point, many would have probably given up and, as they say in crypto slang, “gone back to the factory.” But he didn’t give up. He stubbornly continues toward his goal, working to grow his Twitter account - trying to find the perfect balance between original content and reposts. He’s not afraid to take on new projects despite a series of failures. It instantly brings to mind that familiar image many of us have seen: two prospectors digging toward diamonds - one gives up just inches from the treasure, while the other keeps digging. I’m confident that rndmtr will be the latter - the one who, through hard work and persistence, achieves great things. If something isn’t working out for you, just look at him - and don’t give up.

Spending countless hours on daily gaming streams? God, I admire him. He’s smart, creative, and always observant—he literally notices everyone and everything. And his jokes? They’re a whole art form on their own. Having been part of various projects and communities, I thought my moderation skills were pretty advanced. And I thought so—right up until the moment I met Tegu in the Wormhole project.

on Tegu · 1233· 1y ago3“The Project That Became My Home”You know, Cyber was only the second Discord server I ever joined. And when I got to experience this project, I fell in love with its idea so much that I wanted to become a moderator there. And I did. I watched how the project evolved. How the idea of Link3 was born. We collected W3STs and observed their numbers grow. The project reached its TGE more than a year ago, and now they are actively developing their Surf platform, which provides analytics on crypto projects. Cyber will forever remain in my memory as the project that first showed me what a healthy Discord community should look like. And the moderator and community manager team of this project is a perfect example of how people who fully dedicate themselves to their work should operate. These are responsive and attentive people, always ready to help you solve any problem.

on Cyber · 1277· 1y ago3“The Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me...”Our story is quite a long one. We met in the PlanetQuest project about 4 years ago. She was a moderator there. She was the one who lit that spark in me — the love for cryptocurrency, the love for moderation work, and, over time, love for her as a person. She is an amazing individual: incredibly smart, with outstanding self-control and discipline, responsible and compassionate. Honestly, I’ll never have enough words in my vocabulary to truly describe who Wolfer is. I think many of you already know her, because she works as a moderator or community manager in one of the projects you’re involved with. As a leader, she is also unmatched — seriously. I believe projects just need to look at how she works to understand that she is an irreplaceable part of any team. She will handle all the problems on your server, take on any necessary workload, and at the same time always remain tactful and punctual. I am constantly in awe of who she is. And those AMAs for the CIS community — to give you an idea, Wolfer speaks several languages fluently. When she translates live during AMAs, it’s already on a completely different level. The best thing that happened to me in crypto was meeting her. She has taught me so much, both as a mentor and as a friend. We’ve had many difficult moments, misunderstandings, and even conflicts — most of which were my fault. But despite that, she has always been kind to me and remained my friend. I hope our friendship will last for many, many years to come.
