Back then, he was an ambassador there and had built a positive reputation. I used to know him only as an ambassador focused on bringing traffic to the project. Now, however, I’ve discovered a new side of him—as a creator. He works with digital art, creating pieces that blend different styles and sharing the results. I’m always amazed when I watch the short videos that show the process behind each masterpiece. First, they immediately prove that the artwork was truly created by the person posting it, and second, they’re simply mesmerizing to watch. Today, in a time of rapid AI development and image generation, people like him are worth their weight in gold.

What immediately stood out to me was their kindness and willingness to help. Lilita is always ready to offer support and lend a hand without asking for anything in return. I wanted to get to know her better, so I decided to look through her Twitter account. That’s how I discovered that she holds fairly high positions in the cryptocurrency space, working as a community manager and ambassador. She has a lot of posts about the FractionAI, Altius, and Kintsu projects—so if you’re also following and engaging with these projects, you should definitely pay attention to Lilita. You might just find a loyal friend and an excellent teammate in her. My interest in her comes primarily from the personal qualities I deeply value in people. Observing the work of such individuals becomes twice as fascinating because you already develop a certain respect for them—and, undoubtedly, trust.

He’s a young and energetic content creator in the Web3 ecosystem. His style is light, motivating, and infused with elements of gamification and memes, which helps build and grow communities. Creative, positive, yet straightforward - he isn’t afraid to call out toxicity. In today’s world, the willingness to openly express one’s thoughts without fear of being judged is a rare quality.

He was giving feedback on a post from a member of the CIS community. His reply, though just a few sentences long, impressed me so much that I decided to start following his activities. What have I gathered about him so far? He’s straightforward yet tactful. It’s immediately clear that he knows his field well. If you’re new to the Monad project, I recommend checking out his messages in the Russian chat—you’ll learn a lot, even if some of the advice there seems contradictory at times. I really liked his communication style, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on his growth.

He actively participates in various projects and testnets. I don’t know how people manage it, but he’s one of those who spend more than 16 hours a day on their work. And somehow, he still finds time to keep learning new things and improving himself. One of his strongest skills is creating artwork for the projects he contributes to—countless examples of which you can see on his Twitter. He has already proven himself to be a very responsible and determined person who, with enough drive, can move mountains. On top of all this, he runs his own Telegram community with more than 45,000 members, showcasing his leadership abilities and his exceptional skill in managing a community.

And you know how sometimes you meet someone and immediately click? That’s exactly what happened with us. He’s incredibly active and hardworking. When he takes on a project, he gives it his all—whether it’s chatting with the community, participating in on-chain activities, or creating content for social media. He throws himself into the work completely, often forgetting to rest, never sparing his time or energy. Aramis is always friendly and ready to help newcomers understand the project. He’s absolutely non-confrontational and a genuinely pleasant person to talk to.

But the more I got to know this person, the more I understood how much effort she puts into everything she does. Whatever project you join—if it’s truly good—there’s an 80 percent chance you’ll find her there. She keeps track of numerous projects, analyzes their potential, and spots trends long before anyone else knows about them. If you’re looking to discover a worthy project at an early stage, you should definitely keep an eye on her activities. Beyond her incredible analytical mind, she also possesses wonderful human qualities—a magnificent combination that is rare to find today, both in the world of cryptocurrency and beyond.

A crypto-world enthusiast, he focuses on point farming and community building. Positive, motivating, and blessed with a great sense of humor, he actively participates in L2/L1 projects, ZK-rollups, and SocialFi. He can tell you all about the hottest rewards— which projects were worth joining and which ones were better avoided. He’s essentially a walking drop analytics expert, tracking launches since 2021.

They’ve been in crypto since 2018—bought ETH when it was around $90 and stayed through all the ups and downs. On top of that, they’ve been a boxing coach for years, and you can really see the discipline that comes from sports in the way they handle Web3. Even now, they’re learning German, staying active in different communities, and exploring projects like Abstract, Monad, Opensea, Somnia, Anoma, Billions, and a ton on Sui. It’s clear they don’t just watch crypto happen—they actually live it.

on Alexander⌘ · 1269· 1y ago10“One Beginning”He and I practically started at the same point—Wax system and the Sui sale. We crossed paths several times in the ZetaChain and Pixels projects. Now, we’re working together on the Monad project. He’s an active participant in the Web3 space across a wide spectrum: gaming, blockchains, and AI. You could easily call him a community enthusiast, with a great sense of humor and a high level of creativity.

I’ve known him for quite a while, and I can confidently call this person my friend. He’s incredibly skilled at every game played on Discord—well, maybe except for poker. Beyond his gaming talents, he’s an excellent 3D artist, someone I always try to look up to. I aspire for my own work to reach the same high level as his. On top of all that, he’s a wonderful person—kind, responsive, and averse to toxicity and conflict. An irreplaceable supporter of any project.

In addition to providing support in the Russian-language channel, he also frequently helps out in the Spanish chats. Thanks to him, I got to know the Wormhole and Nillion projects. Dima hosts Kirka game activities on one of these servers. And since he is a member of both communities, he became one of the organizers of an inter-server tournament for this game. It was really interesting to watch the teams compete for first place.
