This method of creating conversations creates a more productive space for creators than that of a space of performance. There is an abundance of maturity and patience in Mati's communication styles. These are becoming less common traits within this field. In addition, he appears to be focused on creating/maintaining long-term relationships, opposed to only responding to the short-term cycles of this field. His long-term thinking is reflected through his building and his thought processes.
